Seat height of Featherlite Versa is Min: 18" Max: 22" (so the range is 4")
Review point after using it for some time:
I liked the fact that Lumbar support material is flexible so found its support good as it aligns well BUT since it is not cushioned at all it MAY leave an imprint on your back if used for say more than an hour (this number is subjective) without taking a break.

@@ranjo8245 namaste and thank you! I have a first hand experience with Featherlite and Urban ladder only for chairs, when I was looking for a chair, I found Transteel to be more expensive for me (they didn't have much discounts then, they have now I guess) and also I got a 17% disc on Featherlite so went for it. So you will have to compare model by model for price and features to see which fits your needs the best. You can also check other sites like chairwale.com officechairsonline.in and ample chairs website. Hope you make a good purchase :)

@Hardworking Aspirant astro if one wants a padded lumbar support (so more comfort in a way), versa if one wants lumbar support to be more adjustable in its height and may be better alignment coz it is more flexible (so probably better support)

Recently, I have tried like about 4-5 chairs offline and have tried only the 2 that I have at my place for long durations, so my thoughts on Versa's Lumbar have been mentioned in the pinned comment. Chairs with that padded lumbar don't align that well but may not imprint coz they are cushioned (so pros and cons for everything)
I can say this, Versa's seat cushion is much better than the mesh upholstered onese hat I have experienced till date.
The wheels are too smooth (might designed considering a rug or carpet that we usually have on office floorings) but I enjoy that.

But having a good chair asap would be great for your back so
      1) You may visit an offline store to check their prices and even to compare which type of lumbar support suits you.
      2) For good push back the wheels/castors have to be good so you may ask the website customer care for an image of the wheels.
      3) After zooming in viewing images of few models online you'll be able to make out which arm rest has that somewhat soft support for the elbows/arms Vs a hard plastic one.
Some of the websites I got for chairs are (alphabetically):
      Ample chairs

Hi ...Thanks for your video. I am a bit confused between Innowin/Green soul/Durian/Ample. Do you have any idea about them as I am getting all at around 9K range. I just want an Ergonomically wise good chair which has good durability. There are many reviews of Top chairs in India where Innowin/green soul are appearing, Durian is giving 5 yrs warranty. Green soul giving 3 yrs warranty but I read many negative reviews on amazon regarding bad after sales svc. Can u pl guide me?

    • @geekysindhi129
      @geekysindhi129  Před 3 lety +1

      Namaste
      Versa has single lock
      Amaze multilock
Versa's lumbar is thin and flexible, unpadded
Amaze's is neither as thin, nor as thick as normal padded ones
Versa's lumbar support's height and heigh adjustability is more than Amaze's
I guess versa's max seat height is 0.5-1" more than amaze
Chairs similar to versa (back rest and lumbar) you'll find on other websites easily, maybe for less ₹
Amaze seems to be unique to featherlite
As far as i know amaze's sales are more than versa's

Namaste VK Singh! Recommending one model would be inappropriate as you may have your own preferences, budget, area/city to be serviceable by websites, etc. Hence this video so that you can select the best chair based on the features listed on websites.
Here is the list of websites that I found (not in any order of preference):
      ample chairs
      chairwale.com
      Durian
      Featherlite
      Officechairsonline.in
      Transteel

Namaste Gaurav, I am sorry I won't be able to suggest particular models right now but while browsing you should
      1) ensure that the arm rests and the lumbar support are adjustable in Height and so that could help you to get them to in an apt position for you
      2) you could also check the total vertical length of Back rests, more the better for you
      3) if going for a chair with head rest, if the head rest is not height adjsutable, then depending upon the dimensions of the back rest and the head rest itself, it MIGHT clash in an awkward way

how to select seat height with person's height? Any trick for selecting the table height with chair height ?

    • @geekysindhi129
      @geekysindhi129  Před 3 lety +1

Namaste Anvar, average table height is about 30" and generally the seat height is 9-12" below the table's height, so a shorter person say a 5'1"-5'2" would prefer a 8-9" gap while a taller one would prefer more

Gaming chair having nothing to do with gaming per say but are just more cool looking with features. I have got mixed reviews from my research where some people say that its just gimmick to many saying they are worth the price.
