1. Castors, Wheels of the Chair.
2. Base of the Chair. Base is the five leg chair part that helps the chair to stand firmly over the ground.
The base can be of plastic, nylon, steel or aluminium.
3. Hydraulic Gas Lift or Gas Lift. This helps the chair to stay straight on the chair base. This gas spring also helps the user to adjust the height of the chair.
4. Mechanism of the Chair. Mainly there are four types of chair mechanism - Push Back, Tilt Mechanism, Syncro Mechanism and Premium Knee Tilt and other high end mechanism.
5. Ply on the seat. This needs to be of very strong and good quality. The ply or any other product that is on the seat holds all the above components in place and keeps the chair connected to them.
6. Foam on the seat, if its a foam chair. The foam is the product which the user feels when he sits on the chair. The foam is the chair part which provides immediate comfort to the user.
All the above critical component makes a good ergonomic chair.

i am using synchro knee tilt mechanism with high density foam but it create pressure on thigh and after some time i feel pressure on leg so i want to go with godrej motion chair..will it comfortable..i am a software develoer seat around 14hrs per day.
