I've been working from home from past 1.5 years and initially I used to sit on dinning chair which I later replaced with another chair. That was also not comfortable. So, finally I found this ergonomic chair and now I'm using this from past 2 months.

It's been only 1.8 years and backseat is already broken. They say it's multi synchro mechanism with 3 different positions but whats the use if back seat is not strong enough to handle 80 - 90 weight! That's clearly a manufacturer & Design defect. And it's not cover in warrenty don't buy such products.

I am planning to buy this chair but similar to ur experience, few other reviews also stated that green soul chairs break down either way with time which is not the case with other brands like Featherlite.

I'm 5'7 and this chair turned out to be an absolute nightmare for me. The headrest would clash with my head so it had to be removed completely. The lumbar support didn't move up or down and was hitting me on upper back instead of lower back. Also the tilt was asynchronous, which means whenever I'd tilt, the whole chair body would go back.
Same for me. I sold my old chair because it gave me back pain, after getting this chair my backpain increased and neck pain added, that back support is the worst. I put review on website but it's not visible yet, I think they're filtering negative reviews. Maybe this chair was good when this video is made but now it's worst. Avoid this.
Sorry to hear this. I got a new chair of same brand and now I can see the seat is not the same. That's uncomfortable for me too. Still I us this chair. Also the headrest sometimes do feel like it pushing my neck forward. In this case i just move the headrest back or sometimes rotate it all the way up.

thanks for the review bro.. i will share it with some of my friends.. are you comfortable with the tilt? i see your knees going a bit up when you tilt down (even though its not knee tilt/its a push back). Also, are there only two locks? one at 90 degree - sitting upright and one fully tilted down - may be 120 degree..? or is it lock it anywhere between the tilt angle?
Yes it's comfortable. My knees are up is due to they where on foot rest of the table. And there are 3 angles where you can lock it. Check Other features section of the video for this info

I have two question -
1. I have a tailbone issue and it pains if sit for long and hence it's recommended for a soft cusion. How is the seat of the chair. Is it very hard or it would give comfort and be fine to go for.
2. I read in the comments that we have to assemble. Does that mean the chair will come in a box and we have join all the parts ourself ?
1. Please check "Seat" section(04:10) of the video and seat is comfortable with a small cushion effect. It's not same as of a cushion of a sofa.
2. Yes, it comes in parts. You can check my other video of it's unboxing. We've to assemble all parts and video of that is also available.
How useful is multi locking adjustment. I m stuck between 2 chairs one with locking only on 90 degree. Other like the one you use. Do we requiring locking in other angles to relax ? Is it worth paying the extra. Because after your video, I too felt that 3d arm support s not that essential
My chair can be locked at 3 angles and personally for me all 3 angles are somewhat important. Here is my usage :
90 degree (Normal Angle) : I use this 70% of time
~135 degree (Middle Angle) : I use this 20% of time
~150 degree (Maximum Angle) : I use this 10% of time
Based on this you can get idea how important for you it is. if you want to watch movies while sitting on chair or want to do something which doesn't have to do anything with mouse or keyboard then I guess it should be important. Rest it's your money. Spend wisely.

You can watch video and check if those arm adjustments is what your wrist need. I dont feel any pain in my wrist with any chair as of now..

Hey, I’m 6’2 and my back size height(head to back) is 36-37 inches. But the marvel chair has a back size of 29 inches including headrest. Should i go for it? Will it be comfortable for tall persons?
I think it should as your back doesn't need support from top but from the bottom part. For headrest you can increase it's height few inches up. I'm myself 5'11" (83 kg) and it works perfectly fine for me.

1. I'll measure the size of seat and will update you but it's comfortable for me and I'm 5'11" guy weighing 83 kg.
2. Nopes it was not and it took me around 1 hr to assemble it. You can check its assembly video to know more about it

If you compare this with durian marvel. Quality wise how is it.. durian marvel only has single lock synchro mechanism but it does give 5 years of warranty.. price range is almost same 800-900rs difference would be there. Please suggest

@@NaveenViews this would be around 8100.. Durian is a well known premium furniture segment brand which is at par with godrej nilkamal that is the only plus point otherwise the chair looks more or less pretty same. Also it comes with 5 years warranty
@@ankit01saxena You can try that if brand value is what you seek. Ample Seatings is not that known of a brand and they provide 2 years of warranty and that excludes mesh of back rest and seat.

I bought the same chair, 3d arm rest create noise but managable, but main issue is with the wheels it creates a lot of noise while moving the chair. I asked for replacement of wheels set but ample chair guy saying he ll dispatch new wheels set but after 3 reminder also he isn't responding.
Plz if the concerned right person is reading this then help me out for replacement.

hey, how is this chair different from other options available on the same website - matrix & oscar, it all looked similar to me with different prices
Matrix has normal knee tilt mechanism where in as u push the back behind seat also comes up
In Marvel u get synchro mechanism wherein only back moves behind seat is intact
Marvel chair is upgraded version of Oscar chair

🚨Attention🚨 Guys, the most important feature in the ergonomic chair is *Forward Tilt" (both Seat and Back Support Forward Tilt) If a chair doesn't have a forward tilt mechanism, then after sometime you feel all other ergonomics are waste, Forward tilt is very important if you are working using your Laptop or System, Writing, Drawing.

I haven't owned matrix chair but from its details it seems like matrix chair doesn't have Multi angle locking synchronous mechanism. Also there are design changes as well

Yes even my location is quite unreachable. I had conversation with ample seatings regarding door step delivery and they did deliver it to my door even when my location was in a village which is not well connected to any major city
You also mentioned in earlier video that there are some cons to this chair. Can you mention them?
There are as such no cons or deal breaker but if you don't need such customizations in arm rest then you can go for some other chair on that website as I personally never use those features. Also, wheels are little slippery but not that much and that can be ignored.

So while using keyboard mouse does the headrest helps or you have to lean back and head rest helps only when you're sitting at relaxed position
@@qamararfin7534 Yes headrest only comes to play when you're not using mouse or keyboard. Personally for me it's uncomfortable to use headrest while typing. It's useful when watching movies or relaxing.

@@qamararfin7534 i tried typing after adjust headrest a little forward with my chair and we can do it. Provided your screen should be at same height as your eyes. This is usually with all the chairs and other than this i can't imagine a way to rest your head while typing. To check How much forward you can move your headrest please check headrest section in the video.

@@rage8095 I haven't used innowin chair but from online visit i can see that innowin jazz's wheels are held by plastic legs and not metallic and have a higher height than ample seatings one. Keep in mind that higher height of legs will prevent chair from going inside table if there's a foot rest in the table.

Yes it is but you can check other chairs according to your weight which will be cheaper on the website. It suited me as I'm 85kg guy. You can save money if your weight is less.

People the chair is not worth anything. Bought the Matrix chair after seeing this video #Orderno 34029 after using it for 6 months the cushioning is completely gone it will feel like you are sitting on a steel plate and also your back starts hurting when i contacted the ample seating guy he says you will have to pay extra for cushioning. Spending your hard-earned money to sit on a steel plate after 6 months of usage is worth it? is se acch mai pathar par baidth jatha.
