Aren't we required to have a diagnosis condition for 6 + months or more plus treatments according to CFR , under the Pact Act? Then there's ❓ is a medical opinion needed? ❓What forms to file if it's A new diagnosis and we aren't SC previously for a pact act condition or we have a secondary condition now because of the Pact Act? 3rd When should a supplemental claim be filed?

I was exposed to many toxic chemicals during service as a Jet Engine Mech on the USS Ranger. We mech's had chemicals on our clothes/bodies all the time (JP fuels, TEC, MEK, Freon, Eng oils, Hydraulic fluids, AFFF and asbestos to name a few). We had JP in the ships freshwater supply all the time. Thus we had to drink and shower in it. I filed for two claims related to hearing loss and Diabetics issues. Was denied at first. Filed for HLR review. HLR agreed that VA caused an error. VA Lawyer found in my records hearing loss each year after audio tests plus C&P Exam people did not take in effect my toxic exposures. Many toxic chemicals do indeed effect both hearing loss and diabetic issues. As of 6/20/2024 it has been in HLP status for almost a year. Currently I am at 90% with these two claims in work.

Jordan, Gulf war veteran here... I was diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis by my personal DR.(2017) Chronic Bronchitis is considered a presumptive condition from the Pact Act that was signed into law. I was in the areas(Persian Gulf) that was considered presumptive within the right time frame(1991According to everything I've read about the Pact Act). Is a diagnosis with my personal records enough to get service connected. I've been reading where people is getting denied in this same presumptive situation. Just want to make sure that they have enough info to service connect me before I submit my claim. I have already started an intent to file. I'm currently @ 20%. Thanks for any info.
