Point I'm making is that there are no "winners" when you and your employer can't negotiate an agreement

"When you and your wife are talking through lawyers...you don't have a relationship anymore"
they still aren't getting what they deserve, but that's whats so great (shit) about that nation, the little people will never get a full fair deal no matter what, this was at most mitigating a little bit of extra future bad and they are happy with it. american Writers are as dumb as the rest of the nationals if they're happy with what they accomplished. Edit: It does finally comfirn that the stupid plots aren't something they were forced into in the past, americans are just plain full of Freedumb.

I think the first step of that is find a shark willing to eat him. And I don't think any sharks are that hungry
I was certain he was making an "electric Vs gasoline" argument... and that he was going to go with the shark, cause Electric is worse than being eaten alive.
I like to think that's how his speech writers wrote that line, but he kept having flashbacks to his Stormy Daniels affair, and kept quoting shark attack headlines at them, so he just flipped the ending.
Make him pedal-power the DC generator that will electrocute him.

Dumpty's own "lawyers" actually requested the summary judgment. The prosecution did too, but with all the evidence already there, his lawyers basically said "he's guilty, let's save our time and cut to the chase" 😂
To survive a summary judgment motion ALL you have to do is produce even the slightest scintilla of evidence to rebut the other side's assertions. Trump's lawyers failed miserably at this. Anything that either proposes to undercut the moving parties summary judgement motion or raise adequate defenses against the assertions kills the SJ motion. And they failed at this!
Aahhh, no.. Their summary judgment motion was for dismissal.
Smart move on their part because he is not going to pay them anyways. Might as well make it an early day off work.

Can anyone point me to the video where a Colbert explained why he was not gonna say Trump’s name anymore? I thought it funny he was doing it, but still don’t know exactly what he said originally. Also, I really like the substitute names that he and fans came up with for Trump - those were hilarious.

Trump complains about not having a jury trial when his car park lawyer Alina Habba forgot to tick the box on the paperwork to request it. Trump gets the lawyers he deserves!

There's a theory that this is a false narrative by Trumps team and they did this deliberately.
They don't want a jury trial as most New Yorkers loath Trump and he could get Alex Jones levels of damages.
And Trump can run with "I wasn't allowed a jury trial, it's a travesty of justice."

The reason for the summary judgement was Trumps lawyer, Alina Habba, and her inability to check a "jury trial" box.
Her breasts were in the way and could not see the entire paper when she filled it out!
No. Don't spread misinformation. Judges can also grant summary judgment before jury trials. For example, Fox was ruled to have engaged in defamation before their trial, which ended up settling out of court -- because they'd already lost the substantive case.
