- The Bianchi T-Tronik C-Type is a refined step-thru city ebike with everything you need for commuting, including plastic fenders and chain cover, a sleek rear rack, excellent integrated lights, puncture resistant reflective tires, and a suspension fork. It's a Class 1 electric bike with a 250 watt Mid-Drive motor. This means it has a maximum assisted speed of20 mph (32 km/h), and no throttle. It comes with a comfortable backswept handlebar, adjustable angle stem, ergonomic grips, and two frame size options. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors are easy to actuate, and offer adjustable reach levers for different hand sizes. Both wheels offer quick release for easy maintenance and transport. Custom downtube-integrated battery keeps weight low and center, can be charged on and off the frame. Two year comprehensive warranty, high quality Shimano mid-motor should last, these tend to be lightweight, efficient, and quieter than similar ebike motors. Power button is located on the frame tube instead of the button pad. No bottle cage bosses on this frame, might need an aftermarket adapter or handlebar cup holder instead. Comes with a relatively slow 1.5 amp charger vs. 2+ on most other ebikes. Optional Shimano E-Tube smartphone app provides some diagnostics and tuning, no USB charge port on the bike. Battery charge port is low on the frame, the battery cover doesn't lock in place.

Started watching your vids when I was choosing an e. Bike. Now I have the bike I wanted I'm still obsessed with these reviews on all the different E. Bikes out there . Love how fast the technology in the e. Bike world is changing. When e. Bikes first came on the scene years ago there was not a great deal of info on them. Now with the power of You tube there is so much info. Keep up the great work that you do .👍

Nice review thanks. How are the Sunrace gears compared say to lower end (Altus?) Shimano? And how about the Radius(?) brakes? Would you need to budget for upgrades if you live in a hilly area, do you reckon? Hard to tell without a long term review I guess.

Thanks, I do my best... usually just ask a friendly person who is out walking around :) it's more fun if I have a friend there with me, or a company rep, but strangers are usually willing to help if I ask nicely. I try to be as low impact and authentic as possible when filming vs. turning it into a commercial or music video ;)
Hi guys I bought the T-Tronik T, a very similar E-bike to the one. I have a complaint: sometimes the assistance turns OFF while I'm riding (display used to mention a W30 error ) . Does somebody know WHY?

At this price point it is so close to the gazelle it's copying, like what advantages do you get?
I've noticed that there are many similar choices around this price point. You could find something from Gazelle, CUBE, BULLS, and others. You might prefer one drive system to another (Shimano vs. Bosch vs. Brose), or have a dealer nearby, or just prefer the color scheme and accessories. It's just more choice, which isn't a bad thing, it helps to bring prices down :)
I noticed that you ride off curves why ? Do you own the bike?
who cares if he rides off curves? it's built for it.
Is riding off curves going to break it? If it does, that bike is probably garbage lol.

The battery cover is an obvious fail. What were the designers thinking?
It gave me pause based on the added weight, but in some ways it is a more premium solution. Metal will be tougher than plastic, the color will age with the rest of the frame (since it uses the same material), it fits nicely.
@@ElectricBikeReviewI was actually referring to being able to remove the battery cover without disengaging the lock.

Yeah, it kind of does. CUBE has done a nice job with their products. To me, this ebike is less unique than the other Bianchi models, but the price point is good and the configuration is pretty nice. I like the wider tires, reinforced rims, multiple sizes etc.
And do you should be riding that bike out in the rain? That's not good 😗✋👎☂️🌂🌨
Ebikes are designed to handle riding in the rain. Not usually an issue.
