Love The Branding Plate With your name on it !!

Awesome!! Absolutely loved it.
Awesome work
que lindo trabajo..!
Wow this turned out great..good job right there🙌🏾
excellent video
Mega
Wonderful job!
Just wanted to point out that a ratio of 1:6 is not 1L (1000ml) to 600ml. So in your example the correct amount would be 100ml of hardener to 600ml of resin. Nice video, keep it up!
One of the best looking koffee table. Hope you buy your plung saw soon. It helps alot.
Where are you from?.
Saludos
Michael
Thanks so much, and yes we got our plunge saw, you will see in all our new videos. Thanks for the support. From South Africa
That table looks good. I like it 😊
Very nice
Hermoso trabajo !! 👌🏻
🇨🇴👍🏻
Amazing ❤️
another awesome video Greg
Great work! Thank you for the videos. What polish do you use to polish the epoxy?
Love the slap… Wonder where to get slap like that?
A like from india bro
Thanks for the support
Amazing and inspiring! What kind of a slab was that?
Matumi
Absolutely amazing, Greg what wood did you use here.
Thx. Its called matumi wood
Gregg, dis lekker om 'n Afrikaanse persoon op CZcams te hoor. Ek wil self nog iets vir my maak met epoxy. Doen so voort
what is the general thickness of your tables? For example, I am going to make a 270x100 big table. it will be my first time. What kind of tips would you like to give me? Especially about thickness.
Amazing work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I would like to ask for a list of necessary tools for this job. My wife wants to make a table, so I will buy the tools to help in this project.
Thank you
💝👍👍👍
Indonesia 🙏
Hello amazing work, I have one question on this table after your done sanding it at 800 did you polish it or not thank your for any answers 😊
Hi Greg, I love the end result of this project. It looks amazing. Quick question, you sound very South African, are you in SA?
With your mixing racio 1:6, 10kg epoxy needs 6kg hardener? I’m I right?
Don't put the tag on the wood itself it's a work of art instead find a way to incorporate it with the supports or the table underside nice job
Greg, when you seal the edges of your wood with epoxy, how long do you have to wait until you rough the edges up with the sanding brush?
Greg, if you dont mind me asking, what size is your coffee table? Also, how thick is your slab? I'm guessing 2inches?
Hi 👋 , this was a massive coffee table, 1.5m x 1.2m x 40mm thick
Beautiful table. What kind of wood?
Thanks, its called matumi wood
Oh I wish those 5 seconds lasted longer 😉
What kind of wood is this?
Why don't you mix the resin and pigment with a drill with mixer?
We do have one but you still have to mix with a wooden stick like in my videos to make sure you get into all the corners, so thats why we just use our method. Thanks for the support
is that odies oil for first coat..
And odies wax for top coat?
Odies super duper first coat, and odies original oil second coat.
Yes, what is the liquid?
Its called epoxy.
How to fix the legs of the table…is it ok if u screw on epoxy?
Well, i will not recommend screwing directly into the epoxy, i used threaded inserts, only screwing onto the wood
What brand of resin do you use?
Woodcast 30
@@diywithgreg thank you! We are based in NY, and are using Flowcast from Ecopoxy. Good stuff, but very pricey. Keep up the good work!!!
Well done, very nice!
Please adjust recording audio level a bit higher
Thank for the support and feedback.
Will definitely do 🙏🏻
Nevermind, I should've just carried on watching the video a little further to find that out. I do want to ask, If you don't mind sharing, where do you get your epoxy from?
Thx for the support.
The company I buy epoxy from is called AMT Composite - woodcast 30
@@diywithgreg Thank you, really appreciate it.
Very nice 👍👍👍..which wood it's
Thanks, its called matumi wood
Where are you from? ..if South Africa I'd say you probably from Cape Town cause you sound coloured 😁
Oscar, 😂😂. Im from Pretoria and pure afrikaans..
Good work , what is the kind of wood you use for this project ?
Its called Matumi wood
Hi Greg, where do you get your epoxy? I'm in JHB.
Currently we are using AMT, but we are planning to move to Epoxy Empourium
Amazing work Greg 👌🔥.. I just want to find out where can I purchase the epoxy you use?
Where are you from?
Thx for the kind words
@@diywithgreg I'm from Durban
I am not familiar with the resin product that Greg used. I can however recommend AMT composites Kempton Park) for excellent products. They will ship it to you anywhere in the country.
Beautiful end product, Greg.
Remember and artisan is NOT as good as his tools. An artisan is as good as what he can use his tools for. A Makita is anyday as good as a Festool, but a lot more robust.
@@Brenon65 thank you Gideon.. Much appreciated 👍😉
please ask. 3cm×15cm×160cm, how many kg of epoxy glue is needed
www.calculator.net/volume-calculator.html
3cm x 15cm x 160cm = 7200cm3
Our epoxy in South Africa weigh 1.05kg per liter
Meaning
7200 x 1.05 = 7560 kg
7560 / 1000 = 7.56kg
You will need 7.56kg for your project (according to my suppliers specifications)
Now you need to divide the amount-of resin and hardener depending on your supplier and epoxy specifications.
Rather give your epoxy supplier a call for more detailed instructions. I might have made a mistake and wil cost you money 😇
@@diywithgreg thank you
How do you source these woods
All woods are locally from South Africa
What is the height of the table.
450mm high
how much did the customer pay?
💸💸💸💸💸💸
