    I’ve moved on from Mobility Mastery (self fascia release) in order to focus on teaching Kinetix, my method of root cause discovery for pain and dis-ease that involves partner fascia release as a “diagnostics” (and regeneration) tool. Kinetix is a complete scientific methodology that I teach to friends, partners and professionals alike inside The Kinetix Academy.
    My other primary focus will be the launch and growth of a new podcast and Substack community called The Human Freedom Project.
    // NEW CONTENT ON CZcams //
    Sometime in 2023 I will return to CZcams with HFP podcast episodes and content created to help you know and understand yourself as a whole organism made of body, soul and spirit. This content will feature the Kinetix methodology, pain science, fascia secrets I’ve learned from 15+ years in private practice, neuroscience and evolving beyond the brain, trauma and the body, and more! I’m excited to go on this new adventure with you.

    Indeed you are not a medical professional and that's your magic.
    You're a healer who shares from her soul.
    Most medical professionals are deaf/ ignorant , blind/no empathy and just doing a 9 to 5 for a wage.

      Thank you :) I kind of feel for people in the medical model. I bet a lot of them started off with a genuine desire to help people, but the system they're in just sucks. I'd love to see the whole thing turned on its head and let's start all over! I guess that's kind of happening with the internet for a resource!

    Everyone who has digestive issues, an inflammatory or autoimmune disorder, even if it’s not IBS or some form of a digestive disease, listen to the podcast “SIBO made simple”. I developed IBS and shortly thereafter RSI in my wrists and foot and had a feeling there was a connection. Now I know there is. This podcast has interviews with the most important gut professionals internationally for explanations and treatment plans. There’s also an episode on fascia and gut motility, incidentally

    I had a physical therapist do this, and yes, noticed a change, however it was only temporary. To tear apart fascia takes a heck of a lot of work in my opinion. I had pelvic pain/ urinary/sexual issues, and no doctor could figure it out. I got into "resistance stretching" and boom, what a change. I use core sliders, and an "Ab Carver Pro" to do ab rollouts. My urinary issues are 90% improved as a result. Now I am beginning to wonder if fascia has played a role in my IBS? I believe it is. I still feel tissue around my waist, I'm positive if I freed myself all up my IBS issues would go away too... You mean well by sharing a video on here. Just sharing my experiences and thoughts.

      Hi Maureen, welcome to my channel! I love and use this technique all the time. I do have additional gut techniques on the channel, as well as one for the diaphragm, which I like using in conjunction with this one. And of course, it's always a good idea to do some self inquiry around what our guts may be telling us. For myself, gut pain is often a sign I'm not listening to my intuition, or I'm overriding my own wants and needs to do what other people want me to do. Hope this helps guide you towards inner answers and feeling better!

      @ElishaCeleste I have Really been struggling (been in the Emergency Room 4 times ect.) It feels as if I have a Fist of Pressure pushing Upward into my diaphragm and it feels hard to inhale...
      I had a Botched Hysterectomy in May 2022 that landed me in icu. My surgeon never came to see me, nor did she see me at my post op check up or ever since even when my physician Called her, herself.
      I have been dealing with lower right side abdominal pain since March 28th 2006.. I ended up having severe state 3 Endo and now Only have my Left Ovary.
      However once I got home and settled... Healing was Very slow and long and I've noticed This Pressure ... now it is non stop ..
      It for obvious reasons causes Stress frustration ect Because I'm not getting answers... I go for an Endoscopy December 13th and I'd like to find a way to stay Relaxed about that procedure as I know it is a short & simple procedure and will help further answer certain things from the inside. It's just not Me to be so Worried about doing anything. I MISS My life without the Major constant pressure from 2 inches above my navel to 2 inches below my sternum.
      Have you heard of this?
      Who would you recommend to see next such as a Specialist or Doctor of types?
      I do Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic care but stopped that and I have a Holistic practioner & physio weekly..
      I have been studying the Emotion Code & The Body Code by

I am not in this relationship anymore as there was a revealing of subtle unhealthy traits. This chakra is based around personal will and Identity. And from what Ive researchrd, feelings of shame and guilt are based round this chakra also. The whole time in the relationship there was a constant voice saying this person is not for you or to be trusted. 🙏🌿🧡

    • @ElishaCeleste
      @ElishaCeleste  Před 3 lety +5

      Hi Lena - I hear you. I hold a lot of fear/tension and control in my abdomen as well (mostly, it's a fear of letting go for me at this point). I haven't seen your name on my channel, are you new? If so - welcome! I ask because I'm about to point you in the direction of a few other videos of mine (in case you haven't seen them).
      I have quite a few videos on the nervous system, emotions being trapping in the body and how to work with the nervous system/body to release the emotions. I recently released two new videos on this, if you go to the channel home page, look for "how to create instant mind-body alignment" video, which will have a link to the previous video in the description.
      I think that might be a helpful place to start, and then I also recommend using my softball technique for the abdomen, which is a much more recent video than this one where you just use your hands. You can always search my channel using keywords like "emotions" or "gut" or "anxiety" and see what you find. You're not alone, and my philosophy is that pain is always trying to guide us back to ourselves (our authentic non-traumatized fully alive selves). 💛

      I'm glad you found what works for you! We're all a little different. I definitely recommend everyone push in on the EXHALE - if it happens on the inhale there won't be much of a release since the belly is extended outward away from any adhesions. You could also try placing your heels by your butt, knees bent - and use a rocking motion from there. Lots of possibilities here! What brought you to this video? Thanks for sharing your experience!

      I tried what you said about mobilising my hips while pressing in to the tender spots and it definitely was a brilliant idea.
      But I then tried it face down to use my bodyweight and added movement to my ribcage kinda mimicking a walking rotation pattern with my pelvis and ribcage my fingers pressing against the lumpy bit (best way to describe it fir anyone else reading this comment would be when you have a partly defrosted chicken breast fillet when pressed against you feel the frozen bit at the centre under the soft defrosted bit).
      This meant my hand/fingers didn't get tired and I could apply alot more pressure(I have bony fingers).
      I got some physical and emotional release of tension it turns out wich elisha has talked about so hey.
      Hope this us helpful in some way.

    Hm, I didn't know where all people store their stress/trauma. For me it is in my mid to upper back.
    Have you done a video on where all people have stored their stress/trauma?

    • @ElishaCeleste
      @ElishaCeleste  Před rokem +2

      It's been my experience that trauma can be held anywhere in the body, and there is no way to categorize this (though people try). For example I've heard of people saying things like "anger is stored in the liver" and "neck pain is due to not being able to see other people's perspectives." I've had clients experience emotional releases of grief, for example, all throughout the body - when we're releasing calves, or quads, or the gut, or the chest...while people also react to fascia release with anger just about everywhere too. My conclusion, and a guiding principle of my philosophy, is that we really need to see each individual as an individual with a unique history, unique nervous system patterns and a unique way of surviving life. The cool thing is, we don't have to look for a formula to "find" trauma or stuck emotions - all we have to do is contact the body and put it under some intentional (voluntary) stress, and the truth about that person and where they store memories/trauma/emotions will be revealed.
