Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.

I'm obviously not Lilly haha but I can try to answer your question.
It really depends on what you want to focus on. For example, if you want to target your core and abs, maybe start slow with a few of her beginner friendly abs workouts (if you're a beginner). The same thing goes for the other parts of your body. Then, as the workouts start feeling easier, choose higher intensity workouts, make sure you always feel challenged. Make sure you get one or two rest days per week, they're very important. And the most important thing, stay consistent ! You'll see results over time. Don't give up if you don't feel like you're making progress at the beginning of your journey, it might not be visible quickly. And stick to a routine that works best for you. For example, I do a few high intensity workouts once to twice a week, and I choose low intensity and short workouts during the rest of the week, because this is what gives me the best results. But this might not work for you, so be patient, and you'll eventually find what gives you the best results.
