These guys are also forgetting the fact that arsenal also have a young team with players that could still develop into the next vandyks’s, debruyne’s. the thing about the balon dor is when was the last time a player won it without both stat and ability excluding the messi and ronaldo era. Genuine question: when's the last the main player, on whom there's the sole expectation to rise on the big occasion and WIN TITLES, was a 22-year old winger? Don't give me examples of Vini Jr or Erling Haaland; those players went into teams with the likes of Modric, Kroos, KDB etc. One can argue that that we should have players like that, but don't waffle as if this isn't something unprecedented.
