Rice definitely made the right choice. He clearly wants to be a big part of a project to become the best team in the world rather than joining the best team in the world and not making a big impact on that side. Also every Arsenal player has said in interviews that they can't help but believe everything Arteta says, so if he said Arsenal will win major trophies I'm sure Rice would believe him. The new current owners are not allowed to take any dividends out the club for 10yrs writing in the contract Roman made them sign also don’t forget Roman write off the debt and they bought the club for 2.5 billion but Roman once again made they commit to spending another 2 billion to take the value of the club to 4,5 billion which is what Roman valued the club at. And these current owners agreed to these conditions so that s why they’re spending so much money they still got another billion to spend which towards the news stadium. So to summarise the owners have rebuilt the staff all over the club new from top to bottom a talented young squad news plans to build a new stadium and owners that cannot take a penny out the club for a least 10yrs so our future looking pretty bright get all our inured players back now theses young players have some experience in the premier league so I think we’ll be fine you should worry about your own club more then Chelsea

You can argue that in American team sports with the way they operate the draft process, revenue sharing, collective bargaining, etc, is too extreme. I would agree. But you can't use generic business analogies when it comes to competitive sport because in most cases you're dealing with the absence of an extremely important factor.
