I used to see these guys here in Houston on the weekends at some of the few clubs that were still open back in 80, 81, and finally 82, right before I joined the Navy. They were pretty good and were always a good beer drinking live music band. They had that rockabilly thing happening way before it became popular with other cities finally doing it. I was in Seattle Wa. back in 85 and 86 and there were several rockabilly bands trying to do the same but were never as good as the original.

I remember watching this when this was first broadcast on tv! Looking for Jimmie, but found this heavy set guy tearing it up (Duke)!!!! Seen him years later solo at Down Home Johnson City, TN. AWESOME GUITAR PLAYER!!

Duke, one of the best guitarist to come out of New England. Fantastic musician! He's still tearing it up!
