    It is better for the stomach to drink liquids twenty minutes after eating. The liquid dilutes the stomach acid which interferes with the digetion pprocess.

    I know what you mean about the flax (or chia) seeds. I love to use them, but I learned that I have to drink it within the first 20 min, or it gets WAY too thick. Thanks for your helpful content!

    I love using oat BRAN for savory mixes. The texture reminds me of grits or polenta. Plus it has a bit more fiber and protien than oat meal.
    Inositol has made a huge difference for my PCOS.
