      Hi Zena! What kind of band did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom's resistance band. It was really hard for me. I could not stretch the band at all :( Am I very weak? My mom did the full lesson the band. As an example, It takes me 5-7 trips to carry the groceries while it takes my mom 1 trip.

      @@rupinjeremiah9589 not Zena but working through these myself- start where you start with a low enough resistance band you can do the exercises. Get to the point you can do it 3x then go up to the next. I recommend doing this workout every 3 days and alternating with something like the abs and butt workout she also has. I've built from heavy to xx-heavy on my resistance bands in a couple months

    Love, love, love the simplicity and easy to follow instructions of the video, I also like the different views (body side view) to help us ensure we have the correct posture!! The best one I’ve seen on CZcams!!

    Randomly purchased some resistance bands and they were these like mini bands. So great and useful video whilst I do other exercises, a bloke so seems like it isn’t normally for me but already liking the look and tightness of my arms especially the triceps

      Hi Shania! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟

    Where can u show this 61 yr old female some leg strengthening and ab exercises using these? Just bought a 3 pack of various strengths? Out of shape here and had a stroke 1.5 yrs ago and use an upright/recumbant bike with live classes too.

    So doing this workout I noticed I had to use a lighter band for some exercises, and then others the band was too light so I used a heavier band. Is that bad?? Should I stick with a lighter band until I can do all the exercises easily?

      Nope, I would recommend using the resistance that feel right for each exercise. I just used one band for all off them to simplify filming the workout, but definitely challenge yourself with heavier resistance on the exercises that you can😊
