30 minutes is obviously good but if you really put in the effort to push your body beyond your comfort zone.
I am a Crossfitter and most of my workouts do not stretch beyond the 25 minute mark but the workouts are intense but so much fun. That is the only way you will get results. I have seen a TON of people take it super easy like having a nice easy stroll on the beach and achieve zero results.
This video too, obviously, she cannot show the intensity but you gotta push yourself and focus on the muscle movement. Good luck with you journey ;)

Thank you so much! I found this video at 2:30 AM and thought I would try it. I am an obese wife trying to find ways to lose weight and stop feeling so ashamed of myself. I have thought about going to the gym, which I used to do. But due to a move coming in the next few weeks I cannot justify renewing my gym membership . I borrowed my mom's mini exercise band and followed along and I think this combined with walks around my neighborhood should set me up to become healthier before my husband and I move to our duty station... Hi Saffana! What kind of band did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom's resistance band. It was really hard for me. I could not stretch the band at all :( Am I very weak? My mom did the full lesson the band. As an example, It takes me 5-7 trips to carry the groceries while it takes my mom 1 trip.
I just started working with resistance bands and this workout is amazing. My upper body feels SO satisfied. And I like your friendly chatting. It makes me feel like I’m working out with a pal.
Hi Tamara! Sorry for replying here but I thought to reply directly to you instead of in the other thread! Thanks for your advice and encouragement! I have since ordered the lightest bands. It is yellow coloured and the most beginner but it is still really hard. 😟 My mom does a red band which is the strongest level.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’ve never been able to find the perfect resistance band workout that encompasses the right muscles that I want to train. This workout made me feel so loose afterwards and I feel like I worked out muscles that I’ve never even felt before it was perfect thank you!

I’m definitely going to keep working out at home because it’s so much more convenient and I don’t have much time in my day since I’m in university Monday to Friday 9-5! Since lockdown I’ve been doing your workouts and I’ve seen such amazing results. Not just in my appearance but also my strength, I can feel a huge difference in the way I exercise (I have more control and stability???) and it’s amazing! I bought some resistance bands and a skipping rope yesterday but I had no idea how to use them. I noticed you’d uploaded and I’ve just finished this workout now (ouch) haha! Thank you so much 💕

Thank you Zanna, enjoyed your Upper Body resistance band workout soooo much, I've been using bands for last 4 years intermittently but always on lower body, your video is the first one that has shown me how to work upper body with the bands, I used my heaviest band throughout, it was challenging !! You didn't over instruct the class, a lot of workout videos are too much uneccesary explaining between each exercise and I just give up, your class was continuous and the coaching points were all easy to follow. I am 60 year old woman but have always been seriously into fitness, running, cave training, kettle classes, boot camp and HIIT and strength training, since hitting 50 I've had to re-think how I keep fit since my knees are shot and an old plantar facitis foot injury has ended my running days SO now I swim and cycle and have made a home gym in the garage where I strength train with weights and use a Watt / Spin Bike, Treadmill and Elliptical trainer for cardio. Resistance band training is something I've been wanting to get more into due to it being much easier on my aging joints and thanks to your class I've found a way to be able to use them much more.
Yes, like you I have found working out from home much more convenient, especially on dark winter nights. During the lock downs youTube videos have been a game changer for me, I don't have to worry about classes being overbooked anymore, I can just choose my own from the 100's online and they are all free!!! I do sometimes miss being in a group of like minded others but I've always been self motivated so have found more pros thats cons for home workouts. Keep up the good work Zanna and yes your rubber plant is looking 'lush'.

Definitely sticking with home workouts 💖 cause u r right, they are so convenient and comfortable. The gym is great because of the space, the equipment and the coaches of course, but the resistance bands and these videos are a great way to have your training anytime anywhere!

This is the only home workout I’ve done that I’ve felt the burn all over my arms. I have weak knees building arms at home is hard but I have resistance bands here and this is perfect!! Adding to my routine, thank you!!💗
