    This is one of the best resistance band workouts that I have done. I have the exact same bands as you and I was having a really hard time finding a good workout to use them. I can feel it in my arms. Thank you for this video!

    Just found your channel. After a health crisis filled year I am on the mend. However my muscles wasted away during that time and I am taking up disc golf for recovery purposes. Your workout targets the muscles used in throwing. I intend to follow you for 6 months and note the results. Thanks for being inspiring and encouraging in your chosen task.

    Thank you so much! I found this video at 2:30 AM and thought I would try it. I am an obese wife trying to find ways to lose weight and stop feeling so ashamed of myself. I have thought about going to the gym, which I used to do. But due to a move coming in the next few weeks I cannot justify renewing my gym membership . I borrowed my mom's mini exercise band and followed along and I think this combined with walks around my neighborhood should set me up to become healthier before my husband and I move to our duty station...     That was a really good workout, thanks so much. I'm not gonna lie... Since having kids and going through menopause, I am struggling to keep fit and lose weight. I used to run and I was keep fit queen. Now I need doable, short and kind workouts and this was perfect. You can add higher resistance too which is useful for when it gets easier!     I am watching your video because yesterday again I went to my OBYgyn. And she told me the same, why I dont try the Mirena. I am 42 years old I thought at this age my period will be better and its worst. I have been suffering since I got my first period when I was 13 years old. I end at the hospital twice cuz I lost so much blood. Every time I go on vacation I get my period that ruin everything. Thanks for making this video and encouraging me to take a decision.
