Barrett Lake OHV Trail - Optional Buggy Line

On the Barrett Lake OHV Trail, there is an optional buggy line that is a lot of fun. I normally don't try the line on the way in as I don't want to break my rig so easily on the trial. Since the day was so smokey we knew we weren't going to be camping like we had planned I figured I would have a little fun before we turned around.

The fact that you can drop down on all 4 as hard as you did and still clear that big ass rock is insane!

I think a low center of gravity is important, but you also need a high belly pan to clear some rocks. I don't know what the perfect answer is but this truck wheels great

so the trail is open, but what about the forest closure? Did that get lifted? I thought it was through Sep 30?

Fair concern! No, I didn't break the rules, this video was taken before the trial closers. Since the trails are close I have been able to get some more editing done.

@@SnailTrail4x4 you would be the last person I would think of breaking trail rules. You would also be one to know about the closure being lifted. I admit, my hopes went up!

Some closures might be lifted as earily as 7/16... but we will see. Keep your ear holes open to the podcast as we will report something as soon as we know.
