Saw them once almost died in a mosh pit twice
Just saw them at desert daze and there was a fucking crowd surfing couch in the mosh
im seeing them next month, cant wait!
There is a video of dead cowboy live in Japan and there is a quick shot of a dude crowd surfing. Except you can only see his legs poking out above the crowd’s head.
Mosh pits are actually pretty forgiving. If you fall over dead there's always someone that comes over and resuscitates you.
A Lightning Bolt worst-to-best video would be greatly appreciated

MR. SMALLS Definitely, so much range from that guy. He can play like any kind of role from crazy, to sweet. Check out “At Eternity’s Gate” and “The Last Temptation of Christ” too if you haven’t. Both Oscar worthy as well imo.

I personally think Dead Cowboy is unmatched, the first half of the song is excruciatingly heavy and loud and the second half is just straight up psychedelic and hip
2 Towers has one of best transitions at about 4:30, but nothing compares to Dead Cowboy. That shit is an adventure

This is one of the first bands I ever saw live. It must have been 2003, and they literally played in someones back yard. I didn't know who they were at the time, my uncle asked if I wanted to go with him, and it was a bit life changing tbh, I've been in my own bands ever since
I've been a huge fan for about 15 years and I'm finally going to see them next month. I cried when I bought tickets.

This band was the loudest concert of my life
Hell yeah! I gave it an 8/10 also! I wasn't too keen on Fantasy Empire--felt like bubblegum. Didn't really stick with me as much as I might've liked it too. However, Sonic Citadel just sounds so ferocious. It sounds like the duo in top form once again. I also am loving the dense production of it. Really getting those Daughters You Won't Get What You Want vibes from those drums, haha. Really glad to see Lightning Bolt still kicking absolute ass! That simplicity is what I love to hear. They do so much with so little, yeah? lol.
this is still my favorite album of theirs... always worth letting it all play out

Hey fantano, one thing wrong you get a headache. A constant stimuli induced tension in the head is a headache.
A migraine is a state where all stimuli (sound, light, movement touch) is debilitating.
