  • Depending on what your goals are, that is what your training should mimic.
    These are two fundamental training principles I use in my training.

    Slow and controlled is the best way to do things makes your stabilisers more stronger

      It depends on your goal, you should do both, for example if you are training for the muscle up then you need to train explosive fast reps, however doing slow controlled reps is useful for general strength

    Nope, it's Speed vs Control. Power is used in both ways

      I'd say strength is used in both. But power or explosiveness is the speed at which you use that strength
