FIR was lodged against the girl, but nothing came out of it. The guy still didn't get his justice. The girl is out on bail, and it seems the guy isn't going to get his justice anytime soon. Some harsh truth that no one willing to accept but truth is truth
It is crucial to shed light on the challenges and suffering that some men may face when it comes to false accusations of sexual harassment. While the legal system and society strive to protect victims and ensure their safety, there can be instances where men are automatically perceived as the perpetrators without proper investigation. This bias can be fueled by cultural stereotypes and societal expectations. False accusations can lead to significant personal and professional consequences for men, including damage to their reputation, strained relationships, and emotional distress. It is essential for the legal system and society as a whole to approach such cases with a presumption of innocence, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure that justice is served for all parties involved. By acknowledging the possibility of false accusations and addressing them through fair and objective processes, we can strive for a more equitable society that upholds justice and supports all individuals, regardless of gender.False accusations and misuse of laws intended to protect women are issues that should be taken seriously. While it is essential to recognize that the majority of cases involving rape and harassment are genuine, there have been instances where false accusations have occurred. These false accusations can have severe consequences for the men involved, leading to damaged reputations, loss of employment, and significant emotional distress. It is important to acknowledge that false accusations can be made by individuals of any gender, and they undermine the credibility and effectiveness of the legal system. By striving for fairness, objectivity, and a thorough investigation of each case, we can ensure that justice is served for all parties involved, without neglecting or undermining the suffering of either men or women. It is important to address and discuss issues related to the well-being of both men and women within our society. While it is true that there have been cases where false accusations of rape and dowry harassment have occurred, it is essential to recognize that the majority of such cases are genuine and should be taken seriously. It is crucial to approach each case with unbiased investigation and ensure that justice is served, regardless of gender. While instances of suicide among men may indeed be a concern, it is necessary to examine the underlying causes and provide the necessary support and resources to address mental health issues for both men and women. Our society should strive for gender equality, understanding, and empathy towards the suffering of all individuals..It is essential to approach the topic of how men may face challenges in the context of feminism and false accusations with care and nuance. While it is true that false accusations can occur, it is crucial to avoid making sweeping generalizations or blaming an entire gender for the actions of a few individuals.
Feminism, at its core, advocates for gender equality and aims to address historical imbalances and injustices faced by women. However, it is important to note that feminism does not inherently seek to harm or unfairly target men, but rather seeks to create a more equitable society for everyone. It is essential to distinguish between true feminism, which promotes equal rights and opportunities, and misinterpretations or misapplications of feminist principles.
False accusations are a complex issue and can have severe consequences for both the accused individual and genuine victims of sexual harassment or assault. It is important to recognize that false accusations are relatively rare, but they should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. The legal system should prioritize due process and the presumption of innocence, ensuring that all parties involved are treated fairly and granted a fair chance to present their case.
It is also crucial to acknowledge that men can experience various forms of suffering that are not connected to false accusations. For instance, societal expectations and traditional norms of masculinity can lead to pressure and disadvantages for men in areas such as mental health, emotional expression, and access to support networks. Men may face challenges in seeking help or discussing their struggles due to cultural stigmas surrounding vulnerability and seeking assistance. Addressing these issues requires a compassionate and inclusive approach that supports the well-being of all individuals.
Ultimately, it is important to approach discussions around feminism, false accusations, and men's suffering with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to promoting equality and justice for all individuals, regardless of gender. By fostering open dialogue and working together, we can create a society that addresses the needs and challenges faced by everyone. There are indeed several men's issues that have often been overlooked or ignored by society. It is important to address these concerns to promote inclusivity and equality for all individuals. Some of the key problems faced by men include:
    1. Mental health: Men, like women, can also suffer from mental health challenges. However, societal expectations of masculinity can discourage men from seeking help or expressing their emotions openly. This leads to underdiagnosis and undertreatment of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and even suicide.
    2. Workplace discrimination: Men can also face discrimination in the workplace, albeit in different ways. They may experience biases around family leave policies, gender stereotypes, career expectations, and limited support for work-life balance. It is crucial to create a work environment that values and supports men's rights and aspirations.
    3. Father's rights: Men who are fathers may face difficulties in obtaining custody of their children or may struggle to exercise their parental rights. Challenges related to custody battles, visitation rights, and co-parenting arrangements can have a significant emotional impact on men and their children.
    4. Education: Boys and young men face certain educational challenges, including lower high school graduation rates, higher rates of disciplinary actions, and underrepresentation in certain fields such as education and healthcare. Efforts should be made to address these disparities and provide equal educational opportunities for all genders.
    5. Domestic violence: While women are disproportionately affected by domestic violence, it is essential to acknowledge that men can also be victims. Men facing domestic abuse may encounter barriers in obtaining support, as societal norms may undermine their experiences or discourage them from seeking help.
    6. Social expectations and gender roles: Stereotypical expectations of masculinity can create pressure on men to conform to specific roles and behaviors. This can affect their sense of self-worth and limit their ability to express themselves authentically.
By recognizing and addressing these issues, society can work towards a more inclusive and equitable environment for everyone. It is important to remember that acknowledging men's issues does not diminish the struggles faced by women, but rather promotes a comprehensive understanding of gender equality and advocates for the well-being of all individuals.

If you see the opinions of Deepika Bhardwaj or psychologists like Jordan Peterson, you'll realise how much we require "Equality of Opportunity" and how dangerous is "Equality of outcomes". I'm sure you've watched it but if you haven't, do watch "jordan peterson and cathy newman interview"
For the pay gap, a quality called agreeableness makes far more impact than gender. The gender equality studies either should be defined global or defined local, they can't be selective local.

Also, bro you mentioned about those fake cases in your video but didn't talk about them with Kavita, feminism = equality, if that's the cases then did she do anything about sarvjeet case? About Zomato delivery guy case? Or is she only gonna speak when victim is a women??
At last, her message that every man should atleast listen to women, their pain and sorrows...but did she or feminists these days listen to sorrow of men??
My point is if it's about equality, practice it like that...women being raped, being molested, getting their freedom curbed is totally wrong and one should always speak against it....but accepting for a fact...that every girl is a victim and every guy is a culprit...is seriously dangerous to the society and to the very cause they claim to be fighting for....

Correct bro. Kavita was a good person to interview. Her bias against men is clearly visible. An average person will assume that if all feminist are like this then this movement itself isn't about gender equality, but more about women empowerment over men. Due to which the men might not support it more openly. In Sarvjeet case, the guy still didn't get his normal life back even after he was proved innocent by the court. People even refused to believe he fairly won the court case. Which is so illogical and just shows what can the side-effect of this gender bias can be. We don't hear feminists condemning the girl in the street rage video. If it was the other way around, that guys whole life would have been ruined by now.

Biologically men are superior than woman it's actually not possible for a woman to beat her husband specially in india where woman live with husband's family 🤦🏻‍♀️ it's a group of people and she is a single female stuck between them so there is very low probability that a woman can beat her husband even in case of nuclear famili chances are high that woman will be the victim of domestic violance because men are naturally stronger 💁‍♀️ it is common sense. Domestic violance is so common in india that there are still some towns where people just ignore the scream of a woman coming from her house because they think it is their PERSNOL matter shame on people like that 🤦🏻‍♀️ i have never seen a woman beating her husband but if i see one woman doing such hilarious thing then I'm definietely gonna raise my voice against such cruelity in the society but reality is that cases like that don't exist in my society 💁‍♀️ so i don't think about this topic.

Sister. I've been attacked at night. Mere gale pr chaaku rakha gaya tha. You still think we are safe? Truth is no one talks about safety of men. Society assume us to be rigid to everything. You can voice something bad and there would be atleast someone who would surely understand. But being a men If someone speaks up they are humiliated made to think as we are weak. Insulted for being hurt over "small thing". Why should we talk about women's safety? Why not safety of civilians? My mummy is in a well reputed post and she deals with so many bad women who are sick and criminal minded. But still we term women as Devi. But we are seen as some criminals everywhere. You don't even know how uneasy i feel to care for my little sisters, to walk and laugh with them. People think us as some child traffickers. I enjoy to play with little kids but others see me as someone mentally unsound and serial killer thing while I just wanted to enjoy and play with tiny friends. No one spends so much on videos meant for men but people show there every good side and support for each video of men. Just ask men what problem they face and try to understand others. We are not against women. We respect every person who are kind and respectful to us. We are not monsters. We just deserve to be treated better with respect. I know I spoke something out of topic and this is not the right place to say. But still it'll reach people more and they'll be more sensitive towards the males and the mental stress they face. 🙏😊

Hello Sir.. I am also a victim of patriarchy in my own house, from my mom dad and brothers, since childhood and still struggling with that. My point is that we always raise the events where there is a misconduct or discrimination done by outsiders, in-laws or relatives but there is gender discrimination happening in the families by there parents that creates a massive impact on the formation of personality of a women and with that personality she has to struggle in society and sometimes she fails. This discriminating treatment makes the sons of that family more insensitive and disrespectful towards women of their own house and women outside. Basically they also turn into creatures loaded with shit of patriarchy in there minds and treats women as commodity or just a material to be used and thrown.
I have been struggling with all this and also have became a person who cannot trust any single person in this world and have very negative perception towards everything because I have been cheated by my own family since ever.
I want to work for such kind of girls who have been or still facing such unrecognized discrimination. I want to make this thing more visible and also need help for myself.
Why I'm saying this to you because I just felt that you missed this crucial issue here.

@@anchalpandey9074 A lot of women feel they will be happy just earning and being independent when they are young. Talk to unmarried or divorced or widowed women aged above 40 or 45 with or without children and you will find many of them craving for male companionship and emotional support. Many acknowledge this only in private among a close group of friends.
I am a married woman in my mid 40s with 2 teenage sons, but I know several women in my circle who stayed unmarried or got divorced or lost their husbands and are now trying to unsuccessfully find a mate and battling loneliness and lack of purpose in life even though several of these women have held jobs and have postgraduate qualifications too.
The same cannot be said for men. Not all older men, single, widowed or divorced, crave female companionship and a family life as intensely as women often do. Some truths are uncomfortable to acknowledge but that doesn't alter them. Feminism the way it is practised today (a far cry from what it is purported to be) prevents us from acknowledging certain truths about the nature of women. Feminists see red when any unflattering remark or observation of scientific study about about women's nature are brought up. They are more comfortable and vociferous talking about the negative traits and behaviours in men. As a result, even scientific papers do not honestly discuss the difference between the genders.
Ditto for research on why gender dysphoria is increasing and mostly seen only in teenagers and those in their 20s. Any suggestion that gender dysphoria may be social contagion, given the general rise in validation for those identifying as LGBTQ, is met with sharp reactions from gender activists.

Hello Sarthak, I appreciate your efforts. I would request you to make a second episode of this in which a male activist is called and he is questioned about the issues of men and also, if possible you can make a video in which you asks the same question to a female and a male activist. This will also help the viwers understand the standpoint of the issues of both the gendors.

One year ago, in Odisha one girl was fighting with her boyfriend, they might be couples.
One swiggy delivery boy goes to her and tells her something, the girl replied something in anger.
Then the swiggy delivery guy started slapping her continuously. Police men were present there but no-one stopped the swiggy guy. Then our front line media channels wrote against the woman and glorified the swiggy guy.
If her boyfriend fights with her as she was fighting makes sense. But a stranger goes to her and slaps her continuously!! Does it seem normal?
In Odisha, there are lot of crime against women happens but forget about national media, it doesn't come in regional media also.
