In this video, we will be discussing POCSO and Age of Consent in India. POCSO, or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, is an Indian law enacted in 2012 to safeguard children from sexual abuse, harassment, and exploitation, with strict penalties for offenders.
There are many cases in India in which people misuse the POCSO Act 2012. We have discussed case studies, problems with POCSO, and the Romeo & Juliet Clause, which could be a potential solution as well."

It has nothing to do with sex education. It is basically how people are misusing the law or you can say how people are not aware of the law .
It's a great play list "Mard ka Dard" not only knowledgeable also it spread awareness in society.
But he need to be very sure to not say anything that could ban his channel.
We urgently need and must aggressively demand following in 2024 elections from every party.
Police reforms: Stop violence/torture of the accused.
More no. of trained officers, forensic teams for a faster and fair preliminary investigation.
Judicial reforms: More judges/courts for faster disposal of cases/righ to speedy trial. Also easier access to courts.
Prison reforms: Separate prisons for undertrials with basic humans rights of clean toilets/bathrooms, decent food, safe & not 200% overcrowded barracks.(Later for convicts too).
West is much better in this area if not the best, so will improve our global image too.

I have done an internship under POCSO (DCPCR), i used to manage lots of files of cases like these in the office and was part of a seminar of POCSO as well on the same topic.
It is really important to find a mid way out of these strict laws, as it became very difficult for the judges and police as well, in tackling these cases.
No doubt fake cases lagane walo ko sakht saza milni chahiye......but wait a minute.......R U comedy me😷🤦? Why was this law brought in? It was because most of the Islamists used underage boys to honey trap Hindu girls and either use & throw them once they become pregnant or do forced conversion is one reason......the other reason was the guy who brutally or violently raped Nirbhaya was a minor, so it was public demand that no matter he was minor but court shouldn't have left him out without punishing and Kejriwal shouldn't have gifted him sewing machine to stitch girls cloths, as he can be dangerous for others any day in future too, as he is not punished for his previous crime/sin. So, stop giving cover fire for madrasachap teenagers who are way more criminals as per the police records and can go to any extent and their crime files shouldn't get wrapped up saying they are minor and there is no law of the land to punish them before they become 18 yrs.....thum aur German shepherd public ko apna meeti/cheeni chupdi baatho mein soft influencing karna bandh karo bhai...... stop brainwashing ppl and manipulating your subscribers forcing upon or injecting your leftist ideology slowly slowly as many parents have committed suicide just because of under age muslim boy doing love jihad with their only daughter whom they had raised with lots of love & hopes😷🤦😡

One thing that is often overlooked is that India was very isolated culturally from the rest of the world till 1990 after the British fundamentally damaged it, when the economy finally opened and even then integration with the rest of the world picked up after a decade from that. So it is obvious that a lot of people still hold old school views about a lot of things that changed drastically from sex, to education, to LGBTQ rights etc. All of this will change when the influence of the previous generation wears off in the next 30 years or so. In my opinion, rather than reconsidering the age of consent, a feedback punishment could be applied. For example if a pocso is not proven in any case and the consent was genuine, the appellant could be punished for a false case.
