my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last month . operation ka to government hospital me free me ho gaya but chemotherepy hamare yaha available nahi , yaha tak hamare aas pas ke kisi zile me nahi . is liye hume nagpur jana pad raha but waha bhi sirf private hospital me he hai . aur private ka kharcha itna hai ki abhi tak hum treatement start nahi kar sake. unfortunately hume loan lena padega . abhi tak to logo se mang mang kar test vagare kara liye but ab chemo ke liye 45 hazar lagege ek baar ke aur mere papa ki income he salana 60 hazar hai 😭😭

My comment is in response to Rahul’s comment that is discussed in the video. First of all, that was a great question about how can development and climate protection can coexist. I recently saw an interview between Guyana president and BBC reporter a couple of months ago. When the president was questioned by the reporter very aggressively that their recently found oil reserve extractions will emit around 2 Billion tons of CO2 each year, the president’s prompt response was Guyana has singlehandedly been protecting a forest reserve which is england and scotland combined in size (!!!!!). That forest is purifying around 19.2 Gigatons of CO2 each air.
I think this is a great insight regarding how development and climate protection can coexist. In my opinion, what matters most is the intent. How much intent our politicians and statesman are showing to take responsibility and acting accordingly.

Instead of infrastructure we must grow trees, who need railways road bridges when you cannnot luive with good air, do earlier people not able to live without roads and infrastructure, they lived, instead of cars and bikes which cause carbon emmisions they WALKED, they used nature provided horses, that is why they had natural workout and disease free. Nature has provided everything but we exploit it for our own petty Laziness. And instant gratification.

You should also read about the "Mero Rukh, Mero Santathi" scheme of our state. Basically when a child is born, and the parents plant 108 trees, 10800 rs will be deposited in the baby's name by the govt which he can avail once he reaches 18.

It's really lucky, Sarthak , that none around you have suffered from cancer. Unfortunately many people around me have gone through this . Have lost a parent(father), an aunt, two cousins, a friend, a colleague , though a few (mom, one cousin) recovered also. A few people known closely, still are under treatment & suffering and can't tell how painful, physically & mentally, the treatment is. The patient suffers badly, no doubt , but the people around too go through a lot emotionally and financially....Thank your stars, Sarthak ,and be full of gratitude always.....
So many cases😮 quiet uncommon but hope they all rest in peace

I really appreciate you talking about climate change as the first point. Especially that you actually went and covered the rural, agrarian area too, and didn't stick just to the urban heat, showing the impacts.
But I really would like to point out one thing. Your issues, which you bring up in many, many videos, are great and yet have one pitfall in this that I often notice in the way we have this conversation. It stays human-centric even when the issue inherently is about nature. I feel like people like you, who have a great audience and are enlightened enough to raise a voice against this, should atleast reference and point out the losses of our wildlife that have been going on. Because ultimately, take Delhi for example, one of the the biggest factors in the heatwave is the destruction of Aravallis. Or let's take fishing that you once mentioned as another example, atleast a mention of the overfishing threat in Indian wetlands would have been great. You're doing a wonderful job at talking about such topics but please, I genuinely feel that at the end of the day, nature conservation is that integral part of climate change fight that we sometimes subconsciously overlook by being human-centric. Now to be clear I don't expect you to suddenly talk about all the nitty-gritty of wildlife news in India every week but quick mentions or atleast voicing big issues like how our Protected Area Network hasn't expanded a lot in last 15 years or that more than 95% of our Open Natural Ecosystems (grasslands, wetlands, desert etc) home to endangered species like wolf, blackbuck, chinkara etc are categorised as wastelands for development, once goes a long way or the expansion of so-called green energy sources like windmills and solar farms that threaten our wilderness (example, Great Indian bustard is down to last 100 or so birds left in the only breeding population in the world that survives only in Jaisalmer, biggest threat for them has been the habitat loss they faced with the “green energy”). Really appreciate your work, just my two paisas as a wildlife enthusiast. Keep up the good work! :)
My wife had stage 3 breast cancer in 2019 october, after the chemo and all the treatment she was well for 10 months, then we found the cancer spread to brain and she passed away on 23rd Jan2023. Just after 1 week of 9th marriage anniversary.

She was very brave and fight like a warrior in this losing battle. In the end she unfortunately died on 7th december 2023. I was 17 years old and my brother was 14 years old on the time of her death. HOPE THAT SOMEONE FIND THE TREATMENT OF THIS DISEASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I lost my maternal grandmother 3 years ago due to breast cancer. She was such a wholesale lady. She was the most lovable, so simple. Fortunately I was able to be with her during her last 1 years of life. She taught me a lot about life. Such a fighter.

I welcome the steps taken to decolonize and hopefully contributing to strengthen laws 👨✈👮🕵♀to protect the dignity, life, property🏢🏘 and freedom of common men of this country and not just the 1% crème of the wealthy 🤑💎💰💵and criminals 💀who run giant networks of illegal businesses. But are the laws been upgraded for the sake of adapting to the growing needs of this country? Probably not that is more important than changing terms.
We need laws framed in such ways that it can counter the corruption cancer 💵that has been eating this country's bureaucracy📜. Most criminals gets out because they have money and cancerous bureaucracy and greedy politicians facilitate this.
Judiciary and media 🎥📺are the only ways a common man retaliate for the injustice done. Go around asking and u can find a lot of cases where victims were denied🚫 the justice their sole right. Around crores of cases 📈are still pending in courts sometimes it makes me wonder is vigilantism🥷 so bad if people with money and power gets away without consequences? And find myself guilty agreeing if vigilantism can reach their hands on criminals with power and money then its not so bad. Imagine having to stoop to the level vigilantism seems appropriate, but that's where this country's system brought me.

#NewLaws As far as my opinion goes, new criminal laws are highly flawed. First of all, nearly 85% content of the new laws is similar to the old IPC, CRPC, and Evidence Act, so the facade that these replace colonial laws falls with this only. They have just rearranged the sections mostly. The changes which they have brought could easily have been brought with a criminal amendment but just to show off and divert attention, the government changed the structure of the laws that were in use for so long. This rearrangement has a severe impact on the police and judicial system. Like you could have still kept FIR under 154 crpc rather than just changing its number to 173BNSS. This is all a mere change of the number of sections without changing the content in most of the sections. Even sedition has been retained with an expanded definition (Just that it is not specifically termed sedition but is given a different name but the crux of the content remains the same). Then there are concerns about diminishing the rights of the accused for eg. by allowing handcuffing in contravention of SC judgment and increasing the scope of police custody. Though some aspects were much needed like the incorporation of technology and focus on victims' rights and i appreciate them for including that but victims' rights have been given minimal importance, and more could have been done. Plus even though technology is included, how is it to be used is not well defined leaving scope for blatant misuse by the police. Police brutality and misuse of power by the police is a reality in this country and when adequate guidelines for the use of technology are not laid down, then problems like video staging and placement of false evidence may arise and the new criminal laws do not deal with it. Also, the police do not have adequate infrastructure right now to incorporate all the changes. So even the positive aspects of the law are not well thought out. For me, these are just old laws in new wrappers with few changes that were not adequately discussed, and which now leaves a lot of scope for misuse.

As a politician science student the 22 law commission has said india is a unique country with special cases we can’t compare us with western countries and just shut it down Kashmir recent increasing militants the law is needed to counter anti India narrative with restrictions on gov so that they can’t misuse it. This was the opinion of recent law commission and many political scientists ik human rights should be our priority but we can’t fck with India’s security

11:02 let me share my childhood experience on 'charno ko dhoke peena' practice.My parent's late guruji was alive that time and during holi festival (dol purnima) we went to visit his ashram which is in a village area. I saw many villegers was cleaning swamiji's feet with water and tried to drink that water. Swamiji was keep on telling them not to do so . He was explaining that this practice is not hygienic and I am not a god. But many was not at all listening to him. Later I heard some of the village people were discussing themselves that what kind of swamiji he is that he is himself stoping them to get his blessings. There are many incidents I witnessed later which he never supported but people refused to believe. Sometimes people also do not take you seriously if you are not fitting into the so called 'guruji' type. But I am blessed to have him in my life who helped my parents to be more open minded and less superstitious. He changed my parents conservative mindset with his knowledge which also impacted in our life.
P.S: I am not trying to justifying hathras satsang incident. Just wanted to say that people also easily falls into fake guruji trap just because they presented themselves just the way the people want them to be. Like a God.
