  • In the ancient Ferghana Valley of Central Asia, there were thriving Greek settlements far away from their ancestors. How did these people come to be so far away from Asia Minor, and how did they end up being the kingmakers of the Silk Road?

Think for a moment of the Troyan war. The Troyans were Dardanians. Part of them who have previously moved from todays Kosovo, to small Asia. That's why there is a strait named
the dardanelles strait between Balkan peninsula and Anatolia. The fact that, according to Iliad of Homerus: Troyans and Akayans didn't need translators when negotiating among themselves, means that they all spoke the same ancient Pelasgian language. The same language that spoke Illyrians, Macedonians, Tracians, Dardanians & Epirus. The ruins of the same ancient language that those tribes in northen Pakistan bravely preserved until today.

Also, the Illyrians and Thracians spoke different languages, and Macedonians and Epirotes spoke Greek.

only a correction, the Chinese name for Wugua shoule be 毋寡, pronunciation of which should be near to MUGUA in Han dynasty and is equivalent to Mauakus in Greek. How ever, this name is used in the Chinese equivalent of Chanfeng, which should be 蝉封 that doesn't appear in this video. The Chinese equivalent for WUGUA in this video, 乌瓜,is a wrong one. It is only composed of two characters whose pronunciation is similar to 毋寡, but the meaning is black melon, which is quite funny if you speak Chinese. But this video is still a good one, since only Chinese or Japanese users know the characters.

Alexander the Great is the new name for the world, from not too long ago. Alexander the Macedonian is how he is named. Especially at those times, you say your name and your father’s name and the place you come from to identify yourself. The newly added or changed into Great is on purpose, so the greeks can claim he is greek. He can not be greek if he is Macedonian. Read a little bit of books that are not promoted by greece and the creator of greece - United Kingdom. The name Makedon exists way before greece. Check old Roman maps too. Ohhh people, those people in Afghanistan will tell you they are related to the Alexander army, not that they are greek. The name greece exists only 180 years.
