I love the 6pm fading evening light in the apartment. It gives such a soothing atmosphere. Like Rose, I too want to hop on the bike and listen to some music then have a nice hot shower and a nap lol. I can really feel the downtown aesthetic. It would be nice for her to look out the window while exercising and see the night fall and know in a few hours she'll be heading out to party.

Lily’s main and secondary aspirations are a fun mix, and I can see these aspects of her being complimentary towards eachother! Since Lily seems multitalented and has a broad set of interests, can imagine her having fun learning more skills and meeting and learning from others who either have these talents too, or different ones from her XD
Being on the grouchy side, I can see her bragging about all the things she can do too haha
And I can see Rose and Lakshimi enjoying painting together and being supportive of eachother on their romances, maybe Rose helps Lakshimi unwind from any date related stress with yoga and Lakshimi can help Rose with her hair and makeup 😊
Nice getting to know these two, I agree Rose and Lakshimi would be great friends! Lilly and dominic would make for a cute couple, but also really looking forward to seeing Lilly enjoy the single girl in the city life with some freinds. I can imagine this neighbourhood feeling so lively when the sims have nightclubs, coffeeshops, glaleries, places to eat, all that good stuff! Just thinking about it makes me want to play a city neighbourhood too :D
Dear Ani, I have been having such trouble lately trying to leave messages on CZcams but it seems I have finally fixed it. I have been dying to say that I love your videos so much. You have a warmth and calmness to you that feels very hygge. I could watch you all day long! I love all your videos but your downtown series is a favourite of mine at the moment. I love the slower pace of your sim days and the way that you really try to get to know your sims. Always find so interesting how you read the clues the sims have to show you by reading their interests and their skills. I always just want to jump in and take to follow 2hat ever. But I'll see if I can implement some more of their personas in my game.
Also, find so "storybook illustrated" aesthetic the collection of cc you use. Very pleasing.

Happy New Year Ani, I forgot to leave a comment on a few of last post. I watched them and enjoyed them so much but was so busy. Finally had time to come back and leave a few words. I am so excited for the downtown series. I never played downtown or used any of the residential lots. Thanks for sharing as always, I appreciate you.
I don't know why but I'm envisioning them being a little bit of an It girls type of people, they remind me too much of Mean girls (have you ever seen the teen film?) probably bullying others and being really in what to eat to stay thin. They also give me the vibes of someone that comes from money, like their parents were rich and they moved to Downtown to live the party life and meet the right people to start their career, so in some way I think they are opposite to Lakshimi and her sister (Sorry I don't remember her name🤦🏻♀️). In fact, I see them not coming from money and having to work hard to reach their goals and possibly having a tragic reason on why they left their hometown... I'm starting to realize that maybe I'm watching too many TV series😂😂 Lots of hugs Ani, loving your videos🤗
That's a great point! I get the vibe that the Phelps sisters are from the countryside and that the Miller sisters are from another city - it makes sense! They could definitely be It girls - especially Lilly seems very ambitious which could make her competitive. ❤
Another great video!! Just wondering, is it just me or does it look like you forgot the lights in the apartment?
Thanks! 🥰 There were tiny spotlights, but there was just one in the big room and watching the footage back, I think that was too little. Especially at sunset the light is moody, but the lights don't come on until it's completely dark so that probably made it seem too dark at times.
