Im probably going to end up tinting my clears. The color looks so much more accurate on the smoked ones and the clear lens has more light bleed making the red more of a pink.

Yes they are plug and play even with the RGB Lighting.

Can I get the 12v from the tail light harness?

We have recommended to connect to the main battery, or an auxiliary battery but you can get power from any reliable 12v power source.
