FYI with the tail lights. If you leave the two smaller wires unplug it will give the sequential lighting. The light will blink in a circular motion. Looks cool😊

Love your videos! I recently purchased a 2013 Grand Sport and last week I upgraded the interior, fog, and reverse lights to LED. The vanity bulbs were the most difficult to remove. I found some good information on the Corvette Forum on how to change them. Morimotos are on my wish list.

Another good way to get the bulbs out from under the rear view mirror is take some duct tape and make a tiny circle with it. Put it around the bulb and have a little extra duct tape to pull on and it pulls out.
Top Flight is the best. I did the same upgrade that you did. To me if you're going to be lit, you might as well be well lit! 😁 I also upgraded every single interior light with LED's. If you go the same route, don't forget the glove box light and the vanity mirror lights in the sun visor. 😊 Well done my friend 👍👍and always stay lit. 😁

I ordered the light bulb tool off Amazon for $7. Worth it!
My home made PPF tool was free! but yeah if you are going to use it more than once it's probably worth buying the tool.
I'm planning on getting a C6 Grand Sport as my second car. The taillights would look incredible. I'm getting ahead of myself here, as I don't even have my first car yet.
The mods always are planned first... At least I do lol

Have you done the visor bulbs? Don't recall you having a video for those yet. Talk about a nightmare. The map lights were no party but piece of cake compared to the visor bulbs.

@@HorsePowerObsessed Glovebox and footwells are simple and make a big difference. But, oh those visor lights. I still don’t have mine done. The 1st bulb broke getting it out. Still have the base in the 1st one. Haven’t figured out how to get them out without breaking them.
wrap a small zip tie around the base of the bulb and with the tail of the zip tie you pull it out. So it would be like lasso around the base of the bulb.
That might have been tough in this small area but could have worked!

I haven't seen those in person to tell you about build quality but I can tell you the morimoto tail lights are insanely good quality!

The VERY last bulb that you replaced in the video, just after the rear view mirror bulbs, where is that light? I have a 2008 Z06. I cannot find it in my car.

Is there any possibility to get these for the EU version with yellow turning lights? I like those lights but they will take your car away with red turning lights in this crazy area...
Its nice with the light change. There's only one word I can think of the bracket breaking in the back before you change to the new bulbs 💡 "Tacky" of you chevrolet as much as the car cost putting in that cheap plastic! Love the car tho!❤💞

10-18 year old plastic gets brittle. One of the many shortcomings of plastic. 🤔
My c6 2008 Z06 IS Atomic Orange. What color do you recommend for the tail lights. I’m still looking for the footwell light. Drivers or passengers side?
Both drivers and passengers side gets the LED. I'm still torn on whether I want to black these tail lights out or leave them clear...

No, the reverse lights are at the bottom of the bumper on the C6.
Did you replace the Sun visor mirror lights?
Not yet. Coming soon.
@@HorsePowerObsessed so far, I did all the light bulb replacements. I think I’m going with the Morimoto Clear with dark smoke in the middle. I don’t want to see any red. My car is Atomic Orange.
