Last season Allison was a joke keeper and the only reason you think he’s better is that last minute winner vs West Brom. Pickford carried Everton in the second half of last season and performed exceptionally in the euros. For years Pickford had a shit back four at Everton and he still performed while Allison hid behind van dijk. Now that Liverpool’s back four is injured Allison has been making mistakes, so much that Ederson
gets picked over him in the brazil team.

Everton fan since the 80s. From Singapore. Everton and Liverpool were at the same level
during the mid eighties and since Liverpool were streets or miles ahead...when Carra said Everton was the best team in 1985, Liverpool went on to win the double in 1986. But that was the year most think Everton deserved the league title more than Liverpool but threw it away. Then the 1986 FA cup. Most electrifying moment for me to watch and these 2 teams were just the best. I remembered clearly no one is better than the other . Maybe like a Federra vs Nadal, something like that. The build up to the 1986 FA cup final was crazy and never felt since. I hope many Liverpool and Everton fans still remember the build up to the 1986 FA cup final. When Gary Lineker scored the first goal at 27mins, the thrill of watching the ball going in has never been matched since, for me. Alas Everton lost. But the team went on without Lineker after the World Cup and won the league in 86/87 . Beating Liverpool by 9 points to the title. Will Everton be a bigger than Liverpool , ever? Not for me. But that’s not the point. I don’t need to support the biggest club. Liverpool were playing stylish Football in the 80s to early 90s. Better to watch than any of the Liverpool team since. Everton in the 80s ? High press and press everywhere before I hear commentators using the phrase high press. The energy, the passion, the press, sometimes with skills from Sheedy and Stevens and Reid and goal scorers Gray and 40goals In one season(poor pitches) Lineker . Unlike Carra , I’m an Everton fan then, and an Everton fan now, and forever.

I work at both stadiums and in the premier league Goodison has a better atmosphere than Anfield because the Everton fans sing for the majority of the match whereas Liverpool fans don’t chant that much after YNWA anthem

They did have a great side. However ours was a little better.. two best sides in country by a long way.. European issue total tragedy for all involved..and football in general..our game suffered from the english disease for a long time before that game..so many things should have been different. RESPECT

Liverpool atmosphere on a European nights are great, I can only speak for being at both grounds with my team in the league, and to be brutally honest the pair of them won't of ever seen Sunderland as a team to get loud about. As a result our fans have wiped their noise out compared to their fans every time I've been which is at least 6 or 7 times. each. The home fans which always have impressed me are Villa fans at home out of prem teams. Obviously when we play the bar codes it can get quite noisy but I'm not including a Derby game cos we're much louder than them anyway. The Rangers & Celtic fans are brilliant also been to that Derby a few times at each ground. Its funny that Villa are the best at home for me against us as for at least the past 20 to 25 years .Villa have a big group of fans who meet up with us for England games. We stop at each others places when we play near each others areas also. I've just got from a stag weekend in Benidorm for one of my mates. There was 40 odd there & 8 of the Villa lads were there with us. Spot on they are great lads. There was 5 rangers lads with us also. The Villa lads struggled to understand us talking to the Rangers lads it has to be said. But I reckon that was cos of drink.
