- Here's an easy self massage you can follow along that targets the 4 rotator cuff muscles and help shoulder pain, range of motion and heal up any tears or strains. The muscles are the Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres minor and the Subscapularis. Techniques for all 4 are shown here!

I almost want to laugh at myself. Last year about this time I injured my left rotator cuff and the year previously about this time, I injured the right rotator cuff. It was messed up bc I'm an ole lady lol and at the time I had no insurance so I didn't go to the docs. I wish I had this video and you. It's been a year or two and just watching you do it makes me feel better lol. You are very handsome kiddo! I always have loved a man with beautiful arms and you should really listen to the words of a song called, Bad to the Bone. That song bout got you spot on! ;)

Dude even throughout massage school no one pinpointed that my back neck and arm pain was all from rotator cuff trigger points. Lucky me because yes we can really really help ease the pain with some self massage and only we know when we've hit that really good spot.

I tried your self massage video series over the weekend and I feel so much better. i didn't know i had tmj problems until i touched my jaw. shoulder and hand pains are almost gone. i think another massage day will help me get rid of it. very grateful for your help in the videos. I still have to do my legs. i have a problem with the superficial perennial nerve... not sure how to get it back into place. if you have anything for self massaging hamstrings please post. thanks a million.
GOod Stuff! SUBSCRIBED! For 8 months I wake around 3am up in pain. My PCP says it’s the Subscapilaris Muscle attached to the rotacuff. Yes, I am very tender in that area and I do about 5 daily Stretches he gave me. The Prayer Stretch, The Doorway Stretch, but nothing works the muscle. Unfortuntely nothing seems to be helping. I sleep with the arm down by my side. I wake up and still in the same position but in pain. I have a very flat pillow. I am a CPAP user and use a Nose pillow mask so I can sleep on my side or stomach. 8 months is a long time to suffer and I can’t fall back to sleep 99% of the time. 3am is not enough deep sleep. I operate a small Breakfast (50 seats) and the lack of sleep is causing all kinds of issues not to mention Memory loss, forgetfulness, short temper, zombie feeling, chronic fatigue, daily headaches. The list goes on, and on. I don’t know what to do ?

I think I went to deep in super sore on my shoulder now. But my shoulder made this poping noise when I went to move it to get a drink of water
