This 15 minute cardio is one of the best, very complete, it has no jumps, I don't bother my neighbors, I don't make noise, but it is very intense and burns a lot of calories. I like it because it works the whole body. It is ideal to do it at the beginning of a routine and finish it with 10 minutes of abdominals and stretching, it is perfect for very busy people who have little time to exercise. Thank you for these routines, they are very useful and necessary. We look forward to more short routines that are very effective. Thank you.

WOW!! I accidentally clicked this cardio workout instead of your 15 min weight workout…I haven’t done cardio in a couple of months because it’s not my favorite but I love this layout! Todays my bday and I was tempted to click out halfway through. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I told myself NO!! This is the year we do hard things! This was fire and I loved it! Do you recommend this workout for all pregnancy trimesters? I am currently 21 weeks pregnant and would love to try this 🙌🏻
Yes! As always, you know your body best but this is a good one to try and pretty pregnancy-friendly. I suggest dropping to your knees for the planks or adding a chair and performing these exercises from an incline!
