Kelly Khumalo warrant of arrest not issued, Adv Teffo Malesela writes to police for charge details

- The defence for 4 of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial have written to police requesting further particulars of charges.
Adv Teffo Malesela has indicated in documents that the former Bafana Bafana Captain's girlfriend Kelly Khumalo should have been arrested alongside the 5 accused in the matter.
He says an Affidavit deposed by the leading investigating officer in the first docket, Brigadier Gininda cited Khumalo as allegedly having planned the murder.
Teffo has also asked police for clarity regarding, why an alleged warrant for Khumalo's arrest, was not executed.

i am reading comments here and seems most you are confused teffo is not accusing kelly khumalo of being the mastermind ,he is saying there is an affidavit by the police lead investigator that kelly khumalo was the mastermind and a warrant of arrest was issued teffo its not teffo accusing her but the police accused kelly khumalo and then did not arrest her so teffo has just written to the police so that the police explains why kelly khumalo was not arrested if the lead investigating officer recomended for that to happen ,all teffo is doing is weakening the states case and he is doing a brilliant job at doing so

According to the other docket - she is the killer.
According to the warrant of arrest- she is the mastermind.

Since we know that the Investigating officer tempered with the crime scene for the sake of the complainants . Evidence against the real Killer was tempered with we know for the investigating officer failed to give us his real investigations . And this led to 8yrs of no Foundation on trial .
For the court to forward and to look for further concrete evidence to prosecute .
I would suggest to Recall Mr Mosiwa to come and testify to tell nothing but the truth because he is the only one who knows the truth .

Teffo is referring to the affidavit written by one of the police in the second docket, Kelly's name is mentioned in that docked. More than that, you'll be shocked that one who was in the house told the whole truth to the Meyiwa's and advocate Teffo. To me Teffo has been told the truth as to what happened that causes his frustration, he feels the court is stalling the case while the wrong people are arrested. I wonder how much is the state going to pay those wrongfully accused 🤔
Teffo runs the risk of messing this case. He is putting the cart before the horse here. His fight should be about merging the two dockets. If his clients are acquitted in the first docket so as Kelly.

The states case says the 4 man in court are hired n the mastermind is Kelly khumulo according to the state not teffo now his asking y was the master mind not in prison with the 4/5 in court. He is not saying his clients are guilty Bt asking the states if it was a contract killing as the states believe y did they not put the master mind in jail.
You have missed the plot. He's exposing the contradictions and lack of consistency in the state's case! The state is the one with the affidavit accusing the co-conspirators and supposedly mastermind whose arrest warrant was not executed.

If you are following the case properly you should know what Teffo is talking about. There are 2 dockets for the same case. 375 & 636. On 375 the people in the house are accused. On 636 the 5 in court are accused. Now when the 5 were arrested there was a 6th warrant of arrest that was not executed. That arrest was for a so called "Mastermind", who is said to be Miss Kelly Khumalo. So Teffo is asking why arrest the 5 and not number 6.
It's the affidavit that says that! Not Teffo! And he is questioning why then Kelly wasn't arrested as the mastermind as the affidavit alleges
