      @CallawayVanZeeberg Před 3 lety

      The rules of a courtroom do not apply in this scenario. So, JZ can't actually be held in contempt of court and directly punished. Judge Zondo had to go the longer route around because the laws that govern a commission work differently.
      Any commission of inquiry is also never held in a judicial courtroom, even though a Justice may perhaps be presiding over the matter. Yeah, tell me about it... There's lots of intricacies involved in law.

    Zuma is treating this country as if it's his and we are his servants. I am not happy by the decision taken by the Chairman, he seems reluctant to take decisive decision to deal with Zuma once and for all. Mr Zondo you are treating this MATTER as though personal, you are not outlining all the FACTS sir. Mr Zuma and his team advised after your decline to their application that they will want to raise your JUDGEMENT with the High court before proceeding further(because they were NOT Satisfied with u being AN ACCUSED and the JUDGE TO A MATTER RAISED AGAINST YOU - because you human you may misjudge yourself). Also because their trouble is with the commission that is NOT providing a balanced floor for all witness. NOW you are focusing them without taking into account their unpleasantness with the conditions of the commission.
    This is NOT FAIR for any person who has a complain over the commission. Not defending Mr Zuma here, by all means if his in the wrong, let him account BUT in a fair and Just setting.
    I think Mr Zondo, you are abusing your powers.... I am very disappointed with your conduct at this Matter.
    But you know it in your own heart the truth to this MATTER. Know God is above all, He sees it all. Regardless how many of us are on your side. He will judge this MATTER with you on your day of Judgement. Wish you all the best Sir.
