2024 Elections | Excelsior residents plead for improved service delivery

As the date of the general elections closes in, residents of Excelsior in the Free State say they hope the seventh administration will not forget them.
They say the past 30 years has seen the decline of the economy in their town as most of the shops closed down.
They add that the rising unemployment and general lack of basic services has rendered their area a ghost town.
