A subpoena compels a witness to provide a court with information or documents on a specific date, time, and location. Yes, you can be forced (compelled) to take a stand by order of the court.
If they arrest her, she'll tell the truth. She has a lot to lose if she goes to prison.
Her lawyer will advise her to not answer any questions and it would be allowed cause she has the right to not incriminate herself. So it will be useless for her to take the stand especially if evidence shows she is complicate as mastermind. They need to charge Kelly & arrest her.
Should the suspects in the house been arrested, charged and sentence by then in 2014, they would about be released now.

Why Kelly wasn't put on the stand yet ,is very very strange, because she was in the house ,obviously she should be questioned, and with some fingers pointing straight at her,she should be questioned and even be tested on a lie detecting instrument. THIS CASE WOULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED LONG AGO IF Kelly was put on the stand,and questioned by ADVOCATE GERRIE NEL.😅.

Sometimes the prosecutor will go after certain suspects and not others because they do not have enough evidence against that suspect. They definitely have to explain themselves since the police does not decide who goes to the dock.
Now the state want to say the gun that was used is a 9 millimeter bt Longwe Thwala said on his statement that gun was a revolver ...the state is gonna pay those 5 accused lot's of money for wrongful arrest

If this judge and this prosecutor, ever considered 375 in that court room. When the prosecutor openly delays these proceedings calling police witnesses after police witnesses. Most of then not worth their while. This prosecutor and this judge will be self incriminating if they ever allowed defence to use 375 in that courtroom. Both the judge and prosecutor are not interested in knowing who killed Senzo Meyiwa. All they are driving. Both of them , is that foolish and inconceivable narrative that. Senzo Meyiwa was killed with a pistol. When Longwe Twala himself say Senzo Meyiwa was killed with a .38 revolver not a pistol as narrated by this judge who is testifying. Doing the work of prosecutor. Signalling to the these police witnesses how to answer to the questions asked by the defence.
That Court has affidavit after affidavit in this very same 636 dockets. Affidavit by people who were in the house. Revolver killed Senzo Meyiwa. A judge who was not there and a prosecutor who is delaying proceedings, are hard at work telling us that no it was not a revolver it was a pistol. So both this court officials have to answer , at some stage. What's it for them , insisting on one version when the docket they are using has two versions. They soon must tell us why , what they are doing right now. Both of the why does doesn't it constitute crime 👁️👀👁️ we are watching

What happened in the house? The people in the houses have reiterated time and again on what transpired...unless if you want your own version of truth...if the state really "cooked" as alleged and had soo many people (+20) and evidence fabricated to incarcerate innocent people then the state must trully be exceptionally brilliant. There is warning sighns the police giving no comment on the stand and dont know information of the case even all the people know in soutj africa.

It's possible that indeed the suspects before court were hired to to the job that eventually Longwe did. K is the mastermind bcz she organised the hitmen together with longwe.... Bcoz longwe was bitter that Senzo was also hitting on Zandi... Both Kelly n longwe knew was to happen on the 26th October. Be it by hitmen or whosoever. What happened was meant for that day.
I have so much respect for Chicco Twala but I think he’s to much involved in this case in such a way that his over protection of his son is raising suspicions now! He looks like a man who knows something that is not supposed to be known by anyone, I am a father my self and if my son was actually involved in such an incident, Trust me I was not going to be involved I was going to tell my son to fix his mess because I was not there, if he knows that his son didn’t do anything, he must just chill 🧘♀️ 😊
The problem of this case is that the state by having to dockets doubts its own case, which is the challenge they have to overcome 'beyond reasonable doubt'. Now they expect the court to believe a version 636 when they themselves do not believe it. Witness contradict the ballistic evidence on the murder weapon is it a 9 mm or a revolver. How can you have free and voluntary confessions and be this confused about your own case.
