I had to do a Mario song, in spirit of the Mario movie :-). Share the video, if you enjoyed, and give song suggestions in the comments!
Wow
How long did it take you to do this
We had exactly this theme playing in our local movie theater at the day the mario movie came out!
idk if this is possible,
(spoiler alert for pokemon scarlet/violet!)
but can you do the "battle! ai professor" theme from pokemon scarlet/violet
Play Eruption pliz
Please could you play Five Nights at Freddy's 2 Song - The Living Tombstone (FNAF2) Thank you
This deserves way more attention
Yes it does
YES that’s what I was going to say😮
you are right
bro this was posted the same day you posted this comment lmao give it time
yes indeed
Most people have no idea how many hours this takes to complete.
I applaud you.
Length of video x number of tracks + camera and audio recording setup several times + video and audio editing. + practice time + arranging + outtakes.
If I had to guess, probably 72 hours.
@@halcyonacoustic7366 arranging seems like it’d be by far the hardest part. You’d have to figure out which key each instrument is in, then be able to write in all of those keys, and of course still transcribe the original theme. As well as successfully developing chords and their progressions, just wow. I can’t imagine how long that must have taken
@@tjeffersonb I know it’s pretty different, but I remake music instrumentals to learn from them and you don’t really need to write everything down at least the way I do it.
I listen/focus on one instrument and just play or draw the entire songs worth of that instrument into my daw. I’ll have to relisten to and continue from parts where the music gets away from me though.
With this I don’t need to go back and arrange it. Then I just do that for all the other instruments.
@@alejandroarbelo5136 majora instruments are chromatic if you use the joystick
The Spirit Tracks pan flute! That game is so underrated, such a treat to see it in thie video
i knew shit got real the moment he pulled out the flute, 1:22, delightful
You actually accurately recreated a composed song and composed it in your own way within Majoras Mask. This is what the internet is for dude. You nailed the arpeggiation on the guitar, ocarina, and horn parts, and the entire percussion sections. There is absolutely no way you dont have experience making real music. Awesome dude.
"real music" u say.....
@@VelosoNarciso valid mistake
@@VelosoNarciso Music that is their own creation or replication earned by practice, that isn't being structured into incremental parts via another medium. (Possibly a musical instrument or multiple, or DAW.) I.e. Things outside of the realm of composition, such as theory and practice. To be a decent composer one must have the musical knowledge to do so. I didn't mean this in a damning way; the comment is meant to illustrate the vast amount of musical knowledge it takes to successfully arrange a piece in any form.
@@GG256_ I know.... Just messing with u ma dude....
As someone who's favourite game of all time is Super Mario Galaxy, and has Majora's Mask as a close second, this is absolutely beautiful.
SAAAAME
Same but in reverse, I like majoras mask more then mario galaxy
Reverse that order fam
Wow, this must be such a treat for you, haha. :) I wish I had a strong attachment to these games so I could feel what you’re feeling, but I’ll settle for just liking the video
@@cerebrialfreedom yeah, it's basically a match made in heaven for me.
this is insanely good
I’m just surprised the notes lined up as to not accidentally trigger an in game song at any one point.
I've always assumed people do glitches or hacks to get the masks with no songs so they can play unrestricted
@@jongameaddict Actually, do you notice how sometimes the person playing this song moves the circle pad or presses a dpad button?
@@bonniethehedgefox9139 actually, the dpad/stick is used for changing the pitch of a note (effectively playing another note)
See how the Majora's Mask instruments only have 5 basic notes (L, R, X, Y, A)? If there was no way to alter them, there's no way you could play such a complex song like this.
The developers of the game made it so that changing the orientation of the stick while playing a note changes the note depending on where you aim, making a ton of notes available instead of only 5!
@@Mateo-vz4fl That's what I'm saying! I do this sometimes when I play OOT3D to fool around.
@@bonniethehedgefox9139 oh, okay! The comments above yours were talking about the fact that no actual in game song triggers by accident, so I thought you meant that the stick was used to stop that from happening 😅
It’s crazy to see somebody with 22 hands, glad you’re coping with that odd abnormality very well by making the best damn Mario galaxy cover I’ve ever heard.
Lmao.
1:31 that whole sequence was just beautiful. The sync, the volume, the everything
Those Deku trumpet chords were absolutely divine
The drums make it sound like what it’d sound like if Mario was able to ride Yoshi in gusty garden, this is so cool! You’re getting a sub from me, keep it up!
i woukd kill for a mario galaxy 3 that revisited some og galaxies with yoshi
Good news! The Gusty Garden Galaxy theme actually does have a Yoshi Variation! You can hear it in Grandmaster Galaxy while riding Yoshi.
@@s.e.111films3specifically in Galaxy 2
That sneaky spirit tracks panflute! Great job!
As a college music major, this is one of the most impressive feats of raw musicianship I've seen.
Nah this is ridiculous. This is where limitless creativity meets skillful editing and passion for something. The best of art of in everyway.
Gusty Garden goes hard on any instrument
I saw a lot of similar videos like this, but I still I love the idea that the 3ds can be considered a musical instrument. Keep up the good work.
Watching this out of spite because CZcams will NOT stop spamming it into my recommendeds.
Even more please than I knew I would be if I watched it. The attention to detail here is fantastic. Great work 🤟
This is on another level of impressive. The fact that it doesn’t have more attention is ridiculous…
MM Link: COOL! I can be an entire band all by myself!
ST Link: 1:22 Hewwo :3
MM Link: ...Ok never mind
I can’t imagine the amount of work time and love that was put into this
This is amazing.
Dude This need to be blasted through the algorithm. Kids dreamed of this, and my man made it happen. MORE PLEASE!!!
The amount of commitment you put into this is incredible. Your videos keep getting more and more impressive
I love the dedication in making the second guitar in the first section (which only existed because the speed of the strumming was impossible to do with only one 3DS) an ACTUAL different take, rather than just offsetting the timing and repeating the first. Brilliant job
The fact that all of these instruments line up and sync up so well makes it sound like something nintendo would officially create.
Dude how the hell, this is absolutely incredible. Total nostalgia overload
This is such a clever twist on those videos where someone plays all the parts to a song on several instruments!
The algorithm has failed me and I've only come across this hidden master piece while scrolling through the channel just now. This was AWESOME!
The production of these keeps getting better and better! Keep up the good work!
Dude bought 11 new 3ds XL just to make this video. What a legend
this brought back so many memories from my past when i played both of these games as a kid
I really hope this is on spotify I could listen to this for hours
I spent a good couple hours messing with the instruments on my last playthrough and I wondered how far someone could really take them with commitment, and here it is! You’ve clearly got some skill with this thing and some good arranging chops as well!
This makes me weirdly impressed with the quality of those midi instruments, such small samples, still sound amazing. The Ocarina especially
Amazing job man.
The flute from spirit tracks really hit me in the feels. Thank you!
Omg, adding the Spirit Flute at the end was wonderful. Thank you for this!
as a sucker for video game music of all kinds i must say this is truly amazing
Crying rn.
Perfect crossover any fan could ask for😭👌
I love how this isn't 1-1, but mire of an interpretation. Makes it all feel a bit more personal and unique.
Also, almost got me with Spirit Tracks in the corner. Nice touch.
1:34このパートが本当に好き
Quite blessed for this to appear on my recommendation.
OMG the addition of the pan flute from Spirit Tracks is amazing ! :D
You’re the goat dude. You have a lot of talent so keep using it and making amazing content for everyone to enjoy!
Loved the surprise appearance of the Spirit Tracks panflute!
Spirit Tracks flute was a beautiful addition
I didn't look at the thumbnail and thought it was soundfont cover at first, this is seriously good wow 😮
"I play da piano, which instrument do you play?"
"3DS."
"What?"
It's been a LOOOOOOONG time since I saw something Spirit Tracks related. Awesome use of the flute!
I always love seeing stuff like this it’s always so entertaining great job!
Man, I never seen such a skillful thing to do! I wanna watch more music references, I love musics c:
Just awesome, man!!
Amazing! Keep up the good work!!!!
This is so good!!! Great job
was kinda expecting a bit of a meme song by the title but this is genuinely very good. incredible job
listening to this gives me so much nostalgia, i think we’re overdue for another mario galaxy!
Awesome!
Dang- Mad respect for having the screens be onetakers. THAT TAKES SO MUCH TIME.
The amount of effort put into this is incredible. Brilliant work 🎶
This is so well done!!! Awesome job!
This is beautiful! Extra points for Link wearing the Bunny Hood🐰Of all the masks in the game parting with that mask to gain the Fierce Deity Mask actually hurt me lol
This is seriously amazing! Great job and hopefully more people can see this
The spirit flute inclusion made me tear up a little. Nice work!
This is amazing! I really admire your dedication, thank you for making these videos :)

Amazing work, well done!
this is amazing i love it
This is truly amazing, INCREDIBLE WORK.
insanely creative, surprised this hasnt been done before. well done
These are actually so freaking sick. As someone who used to play around with the higher and lower pitches, trying to play my favorite songs, your level of mastery wows me. Good stuff sir, good stuff
Amazing , brings a tear off my eye.
Absolutely legendary, love the use of spirit tracks as well lol
This is so brilliant and put together with such detail. Love it!
This is so well done! Love it
That was actually incredible. Can't wait till this reaches a million views!
this is unreal, amazing job
This is one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. Doing the trade offs for some of the instruments, especially during the fast arpeggios is absolutely insane! Well freaking done!
I love these types of videos fr frrrrr
Absolutely beautiful!
Omg this is amazingly good!
Duuude, this is amazing! Congratulations, and thank you for sharing it!
The spirit tracks cameo did it for me. Outstanding job!!!!
THIS IS AWESOME
i can not explain to you the amount i love this
You popped off with this, well done!!
this is bloody amazing
I was expecting it to feel so much more like Majora's Mask... but you captured the spirit of Gusty Garden perfectly! The Majora's Mask instruments are more Complimentary than anything- great work on selecting which get which parts.
Fantastic video!! Truly such beautiful work 😩😩
This is amazing
Perfectly done!!!!
This is simply amazing! Very well played with that ending... That sounded beautiful! *o*
