Ingredients :
Eggplant- 1
Breadcrumbs - 3/4 cup
All-purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Salt- little
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Grated Mozzarella cheese - 11/2 cup or 8 oz
Grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup or 4 oz
Marinara Sauce :
Tomato puree - 6oz or 3 big tomatoes
Salt - little
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic powder- 1/4 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
Red chili pepper flakes - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Nice recipe!, well executed, I would like to add a tip to the recipe, after you slice the egg plant, sprinkle some salt on each slice and leave it for 5-10 mins, you will see the eggplant leaves water, blot in on a tissue and then continue the process, because eggplant can become rubbery sometimes.
