- 2 eggplants
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Fresh basil to taste
- Olive oil

@@OnlyJustSayin Oh I think I must have meant plainer, just fried in oil then sprinkled with garlic is how we had it but all versions are delicious :)
@@OnlyJustSayinhello I'm Romanian I can tell you our simple version. Just fry the eggplants. Serve them with our traditional garlic SOS very easy to make. Just mix olive oil salt pepper and crushed fresh garlic. Another traditional sous greek yoghurt mixed with crushed garlic salt pepper. Enjoy
