Hi everyone! Today I present to you an incredibly tasty and very easy to prepare eggplant recipe! Pan-fried aubergines with tomatoes, onions and garlic yogurt sauce is a perfect dish for lunch or dinner. When you have little time to cook, this recipe is perfect for you! I assure you your family will love eggplants made this way! All you need is a pan and a few minutes of time to prepare a super tasty vegetarian dish!
