Maybe, but libido itself is probably more related to dopamine (and testosterone, but that has dopaminergic effects itself), rather than bloodflow..

I'm an amateur kickboxer and boxing is one of the best ways of cardio. Plus basic boxing requires you to do various cardio exercises anyway especially running

@@lecapitaine7895 yes i do. after 1 weak i started to feel small changes and after about 3 months gym, erection and libido gone strong. especially hip thrust exercise helped much
@@prime4370 thanks for your response! I am going to start doing these exercises now. I been messing up my health with smoking n pmoing. Im on day 7. Staying off p just helps so much with better erection, i can only imagine how powerful these cardio exercise will be.

If you go overboard on cardio it will lower testosterone
True, anything can be overdone. But healthy amounts of cardio can be extremely beneficial for healthy hormones and potent erections.
