    I had an accidental energetic awakening years ago which lead me into deep blissful states but really messed up my health as unconsciously I was projecting all the energy into the higher chakras....your teachings and cources have helped me tremendously to balance things out and certainly pelvic floor work is key for that ... Would love to have more content on the pelvic floor...keep rocking...

    Yes please make a video on pelvic floor exercises. Since I learned about your channel I have implemented a lot of your your practices to my own Tai Chi practice and energy movement. The energy work added on to my Taoist practices have increased the amount of energy in my lower dantian. On top of that I have felt a lot of tension in my pelvic floor that I can feel shooting all the way down to my feet. You bought it to my attention that this can cause pain in weird parts of your body. I think this may have to do with some of the tension I get on the left side of my body close to my neck.

    More exercises Jonathan! Good that you had movement evaluation. My left ASIS is more anterior revolved so I stretch the opposite side which is being shortened.

    Very important, I think this is the main cause of hard flaccid, where the pelvic floor muscles are tight or get trigger points and are stopping blood flow to the penis causing it to narrow, and also causing premature ejaculation. Would be great to see more on this.

    OMG just achieved “it”Jonathon!!!
    (About 5 mins ago).
    It lasted at least 20 mins. Maybe more.
    The pleasure was unbearably great!!!!

    Been watching your videos for a while. Loosening my pelvic floor has really helped and this morning while I was doing some breath work and trying to release the sexual energy I have built up downstairs up my spine and into my mind, I experienced my first whole body non ejaculatory orgasm. Felts insane! NowI feel super charged for the day ahead!

      There's a great book called "out in the open: complete male pelvis", I'd also recommend looking into feldenkrais videos for pelvic balancing.

    Hey Jonathan, maybe you find the time to answer a question...I asked myself for a longtime of semenretention-cycles if Sauna determinates the sperma and so on the energy we are cultivating. I tried to go with an Icebag on my balls into the sauna but i´m not sure if this is a solution to enjoy the sauna without damaging my semen. what do you think?

      You wild'n bro, as long as you don't bust a nut in the sauna Im pretty sure you'll be ok.

      I don't think you need to be paranoid about this. Moderate sauna has more benefits than drawbacks, massage your balls daily, ice them afterwards and you'll be fine.

    if someone has a decade long history of prone mastubation or death grip habits, would it be a good idea to abstain from all masturbation and penis stimulation all together for a while (months to a year depending on how long they have been improperly masturbating for and the damage that has been done) to allow the penis regain sensitivity and repair nerve damage. Then return to a more normal health masturbation technique to something like tantric masturbation?

      Potentially, but also you can go years without masturbating and then just go right back into old habits because you never retrained yourself.
