    Guys, please consider doing this! I've had lifelong PE which I discovered when I was 13 yo and now I'm 21. I've found out that no matter the time, I always tend to squeeze and hold my pelvic floor muscles, BC and PC which are used to hold or release pee and stool. Whenever I try to loosen my BC and PC muscle, I tighten them back as soon as I loose focus. This happened due to me sitting for 8 hours from 5 years of age and eyes glued to my computer screen which I sat vertically and put a decades worth of pressure on my pelvic floor which led to this disaster. As soon as I tried to relax by reverse kegeling and maintain focus of keeping them loose 24/7, I've lasted 50 seconds from mere 20- seconds! I know it's not a whole improvement but it's only been a week. Also, practice diaphragmic breathing and make that your default breathing technique from now on because diaphragmic breathing instead of chest breathing constantly relaxes your pelvic floor muscles and aids in getting your heart settled during s*x or m*sturbation which also contributes to longer endurance. I'll keep on updating you guys from now on to motivate you guys!

    I also had to relax my pelvic floor because I noticed throughout the day it felt pinched tension reminding my self to relax has helped improved my body and energy

    Man I have had pelvic floor dysfunction for like 8 years thought it was due to tightness but didn’t get far doing stretches only briefly. Went down a bunch of other rabbit holes on posture. But the deep squat pose and holding the reverse kegel seems like the cure doing it repeatedly every day.

      @@cmaSrinathP I found success in releasing the piriformis roll on it with a lacrosse ball and look up stretches to fix piriformis syndrome by Conor Harris. Then do the deep squat with reverse kegels.

    Doesn't squat and other related hips/thighs exercise also increases tensions in the pelvic floor,if hypertension is the main cause around the world for premature ejaculation can't I just focus releasing tensions as the main and only goal, without worrying of side affects such as an imbalanced/too week pelvic floor

    I have these uncontrollable pelvic spasms and have been improving whilst on my back but once I begin standing and using my hips to thrust I can't control the reverse kegel and I involuntarily kegel which makes me reach PONR quicker. Any advice?

    Hello, Thanks for the helpful video.
    I have these uncontrollable pelvic floor muscle contract pattern and have been improving while lying on my back (without body movement) but when i am standing and using my hips to thrust I can't control the relaxation of PC muscle while in intercourse and I involuntarily contract which makes me reach orgrasm quicker. Any advice please?

      It will take time to release the tension patterns. I would check to see if you have anterior pelvic tilt and do exercises to correct this. Strengthening your glutes, stabilizing the hips, and abdominal strength will also help with this.
