    Its not instant, if you are soaking for 6-8hrs.. though you can say healthy dosa...

      Yes, definitely not instant! You need to sprout the beans, soak the millet etc. Only thing is fermentation not required. Title is misleading. Healthy recipe nevertheless. Thank you.

    Excellent recipe, Ms Nisha, thank you. BTW, the sprouted mung beans are a wonderful source for protein and anti-oxidants. It’s known as mung bean and not mung daal. Mung Daal is normally broken or halved bean. Mung Daal can be green or yellow in color. Just a FYI. Thank you, ma’am.

      ​@@urvashipatel5737Yes, I am aware of that but they are polished millets, which is stripped off of its seed coat and hence no use consuming it. Here she is using unpolished ones as they look darker in colour than the polished ones which are lighter in colour. Hence would like to the correct source. Thank you.

    I just want to add that, for a kannada language person, the word dosha as pronounced by you, gives a negative meaning. You can Google the meaning. Just thought I would let you know. Hope I have not offended you.

      In malayalam it is pronounced as dhosha...her native is kerala...so obviously she speaks with malayalam accent😊
