    Hello mam
    You post lovely recipes
    I would like to share with you that millets don't have phytic acid on the outer layer instead they are covered with lignans which is infact very healthy
    So once millets are soaked the water is used should not be discarded
    But on the other hand pulses have a layer of phytic acid due to which the water used for soaking it needs to be discarded
    Hope you will take the information in a positive way
    As you carry a responsibility of teaching recipes which are good for health 😊

    • @skinnyrecipes
      @skinnyrecipes  Před rokem

      millets ideally should be soaked - if you are sure of the brand and how they make millets powder you can go ahead and use it. Hope this helps.
