Ingredients: 1/2 cup urad dal, 3 tbsp bengal gram (kadalaparippu), 1 tsp methi seeds, 1 cup water
1 1/2 cup jowar flour (stone ground), 2 1/2 cups water can use 2 cups if you want a thicker set dosa, pink himalayan salt as needed.
A2 desi or wood pressed oil of your choice to drizzle on the dosa.

Nice receipe Nisha, since last year instead of Rice I always use whole Juvar grain and udad dal to make dosa, I get the same result. Sometimes I also add Bajari grain to dosa batter.

I hi you R great 👍🏼 awesome recipe and healthy to you have changed a lot of peoples life for good I know we feel that but I do have one quick question reference to jaggery can we have a jaggery with like in tea water I quit real tea but I make it from mint ,lemongrass, turmeric etc. mix water and put different stuff different time and add Jagrid to it and in some other drink that we make is it healthy to have jaggery or they should be guideline for it please let us know 🙏🏽
