U r the most brave man who really is very dedicated to his work. Exposing these commercial brands is way more risky than we realise.
@-WhoAMI.. what kind of a cringey comment is that..
Very very relatable video!!!
@-WhoAMI..ahem...your understanding of malnutrition is weak I guess.😂

Hats off that you are honest and dont hesitate taking brand names openly, keep up the good work 👍
I am from Eastern Europe and what you are showing as "bread", I believe we would call it a "toast" and the association in my mind would be with American-style toasts. We rarely eat this kind of bread. The real bread should be bought in the bakery, freshly made and (like you said) with just 4 or 5 ingredients. We often add some seeds and grains into it.And when it's brown, the colour is made by using wholemeal flour. I believe this kind of bread is quite nutritious and it keeps me full for hours (whereas after eating the "toast" I'm hungry again quite quickly). Thanks for all your advice!
Well in India it's just a gimmick nothing is healthy in it
As someone who doesn't consume any of the items mentioned in this list, I consider it an absolute win! 😂😎

Likewise. So proud to have sprouts and fresh fruits in my breakfast. Never got addicted to maggi, packaged food, biscuits, chips, cookies, cold drinks, packed juices, cornflakes, nutella etc. Quit refined sugar long back and made jaggery my bestie. I was never overweight but I made these lifestyle choices to be fitter, younger and more agile. Also, once in a blue moon, i relish golgappa so yes, I am not living a boring life. Also, in the name of snacking and binge eating, I eat makhana, bhuna chana, laiyya and home made mewa laddoo. Thanks to my dietician/nutritionist sister for educating us. I also enjoy nariyal pani often.

As a Bengali I loved when you said rasogolla is more healthy than Nutella 😁
And healthy breakfasts are Banana, vegitables, Itli, Roti, Dosha, Poha or even our puffed rice.
We should avoid packaged food as much as possible.

Being a fittuber follower since 2018, I do not eat any of these breakfasts. I choose to eat healthy and nutritious foods in breakfast like upma, poha, cheela, paratha etc. thankyou fittuber for making my life healthy and happy 😊❤
I know paratha is like croissants. Like a puff pastry. Chinese eat their main meal for breakfast often fish, egg, vegetables, rice and soup with seaweed in.
At some point he will say "don't breath oxygen it penetrates in your lungs"
@@hasnainraza9963 does oxygen has some artificial flavors or chemicals dear?

"Big thanks for going the extra mile and buying them to share the info of those breakfasts! It's super cool that you're helping us You rock!"
I realised some stunningly nutritious options for breakfast/brunch/early dinner yet pocket friendly - same south indian breakfasts like dosa but made out of Green Gram + ragi mix accompanied with peanut /sunflower seed chutney or upma with original wheat daliya + moong dal with nuts & legumes. Indian cuisine has it all
My breakfast includes
Spinach and Mix Bhaji Juice and I add fresh lemon drops to it. I eat Boiled Kala Chana with tomatoes.
I drink the spinach juice alternatively with Apple beet and carrot juice.

Avoid kachori, jalebi, samosa, pakora, and gulab jamun for breakfast unless you want your morning to feel like a Bollywood blockbuster! Stick to eggs, oats, fruits, yogurt, and toast - they won't turn your breakfast into a spicy masala movie before 9 a.m.!
It depends. Normally sane people do not eat kachori, samosa etc as daily breakfast. It's once in a while thing. Or ones who are working in the field or traveling and want to grab some quick meal that keeps them full longer while running for another appointment or the like. When traveling, fried food may be safer choice than raw food.

We have simple breakfast in South India in Tamil Nadu State is Soaked Old Rice with Green Chilli and Small onion that combination is nutritious bro especially in Rural areas also
i recently switched over to oats instead of maggi and cereal, and i already feel so much better. Also, maida in dosa idli and uttapam is sacrilage

Good one Vivek 👍🏻 Especially mothers have to be made very well aware of the marketing tricks being used by such brands as mothers fall pray to such marketing "Hathkande" so easy as they often being demanded by children for some fancy breakfast foods and mothers. Instead mothers can make our own breakfast food items look fancy by doing little bit of garnish to them. Keep it up and cheer for your daring hard work 😉
I usually consume dalia, poha, cheela (mostly moong dal and besan) , upma(sooji/dalia), fruits, oats and milkshakes
In winters i always consumes parathas of different winter veggies like mooli, gobi, bathua, methi, palak etc.. It's simple and tasty breakfast. Sometimes i consume drinks of ragi etc.. and repeats it
