    I faced this choice 2 weeks ago. I chose the V2 because it is as good as the V3 in stock condition. I don't need adjustable pedals (you only set them once anyway), the vibration motors are nice but I see it as a gimmick.
    The brake pedal is very adjustable to suit my needs. I have absolutely no regrets.

    You forgot to mention the vibration motors on V3. Using it with simhub is a blast. Specially on trottel and rear tyres loosing traction. In you video they don't work and the one for brake is upside down. Loosing the leverage. V3 is still superieure imo. I bought it for €299 on black friday with free performance kit. Great value.

    I'm using the CSL Elite V2. I don't drive manual cars so I use the clutch pedal as the accelerator. The bumpstops can also be swapped between clutch and gas pedals, so you can have a firmer gas pedal with short travel. The brake pedal has great feel.

    I'm pretty sure the V3s just aren't worth the 420€(with BPK) askingprice anymore. But with the current sale and both of them at the same price, they are a really good pedal set for the money you spend ,which can hold up for years.

    @denn15m8 Před 10 měsíci

    I agree, i just bought the clubsport pedals and was on csl elite with load cell and the brake on the csl feels much better. Im still waiting for the performance kit for the v3 but i don't see how it will make that much of a difference to push it over the CSL its just making it softer or harder and the problem is the amount of pedal travel on the v3 its too linear where the CSL has a mushy start and then can get as hard as you like so it feels like a real car. In a real car the first 20% of the brake pedal is soft unt you start actually getting hydraulic pressure, just like the CSL feel. I think the foam insert of the brake performance kit for the clubsport might fix it but ill wait and see, i have a feeling i will be selling the clubsport or modding it so i can use the csl brake instead

    Doesnt it bothers you a little that when the pedals come back on the V3, they just kinda slam into another aluminium piece? i was expecting some form of cushioning, they are also louder than the T-LCM i had before. Also the original brake and throttle spring are maybe for people who could use it on the floor? Even the T-LCM throttle was a bit harder than V3 default one, changed it for the stronger spring now, have to test it, but damn the red one looks way better. Didnt feel the need to change the clutch one tho.

      If You own csl lc's already and enjoy some diy-ing, it might be worth investing some time and money to modify the hell out of them. Their simple construction makes them perfect for all kind of mods (changed all springs on mine, added vibration motors, dampening rod on throttle, dual stage clutch, progressive brake with spring, changed plates) but when buying new... considering that's only 100 euro difference between elite's v2, csl lc's are not worth it.

Not cheapest but well designed and does the job making pedals a lot heavier and less bland and boring. Bite point and heavier clutch is cool, makes it more realistic and immersive. Dont have any experience with 3drap mod, I went harder route just buying "few" different die springs, elastomers, washers and spacers from some industrial suppliers. With a lot trial and error I eventually found the exact brake feeling I was looking for. Another cool idea is little project with arduino, vibration motors and simhub to add vibrations like in v3's ;) Lot of hassle, but also lot of fun and satisfaction 'upgrading' your equipment and getting more out of it ;)
