    Hey Digit. Great video as usual. I opted for the V2's when it went on sale for Black Friday sale. I did it because the makes no sense to invest so heavily in something that I don't use as much. Maybe in another 10 years when I retire and have more time, it could be used more, but 10 years is a long time. So for now, the V2's make for a better option for me. I am also not a top level driver that may need an additional edge, so yea, the V2's so far was a good decision

    V2's were a bargain £199 on Black Friday. Also didn't take long to arrive, about 2 weeks, although I know a lot of other customers had a long wait for some items. Recently ordered a wheel and the DD Extreme, both have been delivered within 7 days to UK so maybe the recent problems on delivery times are starting to improve.

    Just to comment on what you were saying at 9:05 , I don’t think it would be viable to have pedals connected in series as then if the cable from the module to the first pedal breaks then all 3 pedals are then useless

    • @DigitRacingDG
      @DigitRacingDG  Před 3 měsíci +1

    I think there are a lot more differences that weren't mentioned. I used CSL elite load cell pedals for over a year and then bought the V3s on the BF sale that came with the performance kit and damper. For me it was a game changer, I never had a problem with the CSLs braking performance, but hated the throttle from the day I got them. When I got the V3s I installed the damper on the throttle and it made a huge difference for me, I could never drive some of the FR cars without traction control on 1 or 2, with the V3s I have used traction control at unless it's raining. The adjust ability of the V3s are another big difference, along with looks and overall build quality.

  • @billwiley7216
    @billwiley7216 Před 3 měsíci

    I have owned both and the v3 pedals are nicer and worth their cost BUT as far as functionality goes the V2'S punch way above their price point and are a better value and for 99% of racers will be all one will ever need and at a much more budget friendly price.
    The v3's needing to pay extra for the damper pack is a rip off honestly and for the best performance is needed so include its cost in your pricing and order at the same time as you order the pedals to save on shipping cost.

    huh ?? how come its v2 for csl ? :DD cause its 3rd model as I see, not 2nd :D arent they? ( first one was black like this one, just 2 pedals and 1 separate, then came the shiny ones, few years ago or so..and now these-black again..) I guess its same as 1st one, with a sensor planted in the metal of the pedal(break), and once that metal bends just a tiny bit, ur break is always on :D then the rubbers.. which just explodes apart, rubber gets almost like plastic after some time..(1st gen csl elite)
    now about v3.. I have inverted ones. not bad...have some difficulties with mounting and adjustability..but its doable :D and I never needed some extra package for these...🤔 why? what for ? isnt that v3 all set up, and ready to go ?😳 there is no place where to put anything here...what are those things ? except for oil, which is obviuos 😁
