I hope you had a great weekend, my gyms have been closed for the past 2 weeks because England is in lockdown and so I have tried to retake up running which I did in quarantine and then abandoned when I was finally able to pick up so weights in the gym and it hasnt been the easiest to get back into so I am happy to know others are feeling that way to hope the covid syptoms fade and that you are healthy mental and physically always love your vlogs 💙

Hello! I just want to start off by saying I love watching your videos and think you’re a really genuine influencer, which is rare to see on most social media platforms. I also have never commented on a CZcams video before. I apologize if I’m overstepping, but I’m actually a diet therapist in the military and notice that in a lot of your videos, you often justify why you eat something that you perceive as “unhealthy.” The dietitians I work with consider healthy eating a balanced diet where you can eat all the foods you enjoy (healthy or not), but in moderation and as long as you are getting all your nutrients in from the main food groups. They don’t recommend restrictive dieting, so please be easy on yourself if you eat something that isn’t traditionally perceived as healthy. You really only have one life, so don’t be afraid to eat foods that you enjoy. Hope you feel better soon and thank you for making great content.

girl don’t stress so much about your body!!! you are beautiful. I feel like you put too much pressure on yourself with how you look and there is no need. taking a few weeks off from working out to get your body healthy is more important than having abs. we will always support you no matter what 💛

This is so relatable! I had covid a few months ago and I am currently studying to be a PE teacher. The first few days back after my quarantaine were horrible, I was so unfit compared to before I got sick. My breathing wasn’t great and I was literally tired after the smallest bit of exercise! Thankfully it got better every week and right now my health is basically back to normal 🥳. But it is indeed very important to listen to your body and rest when it tells you to do so! You’ve got this girl, just keep going and you will build it all back up again 😊❤️

I played soccer in uni too, in Canada. I'm 30 now and I've had a lot of highs and lows with my fitness since soccer ended. I can totally relate. My body changed quickly and it felt extreme. Step one, I would say, is accept that your body will change, but that doesn't mean it'll change for the worse! I got my butt back after soccer haha, I could do so much more weight training and tailor my cardio to my body goals instead of my endurance goals/goals on the field. Step 2, goals goals goals, set new goals.

I completely understand, when I had Covid after I felt better you would've thought that I had never ate. I'm happy you are feeling better that is always the best feeling after being so sick!
Also thank you for vlogging while in quarantine, even though you didn't have it when I did it made it more relatable. You have always been one of my favorite youtubers but after that vlog you made it to the top spot.

Hey Kylie, I was just wondering what other kind of smoothies do you like to make and how often do you add your matcha powder? I usually do spinach kale banana and a blueberry banana, both with cashew butter. Ive never used matcha in smoothies so i wanted to try it out after seeing you have it. I hope all is well with you

I think you look great despite losing some of your gains, also something I just noticed that surprised me is that you don't meal prep which might benefit you in your fitness journey and help with choosing more healthy options when you get hungry if it's already made. Anyway just a suggestion and I look forward to seeing more vlogs!!!
Did you already get retested for covid? Please wear your mask and make sure you are no longer positive before going around others. Many of my patients still test positive even a month or more after the initial test, even though they are feeling better. Also, it is possible to become reinfected. I am glad you guys are feeling better though! Take care.

keep practicing! It gets easier the more you run, even if it sucks ass :)
Intuitive eating is very important! Waiting for "cheat days" can sometimes lead to binge eating, or labelling certain foods as "bad" which in reality is false because all food is okay in moderation. I'm not a dietician or a professional but as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder most of my life and sees a dietician regularly, a lot of the advice in this is problematic :/
I agree! Kylie check out Abby Sharp, she’s a RD that makes excellent CZcams videos on intuitive eating. I have found many of Kylie’s recent videos to be triggering so I may need to step away from the content unless it changes. Things like “body updates” feel a bit hard to watch

I really want to eat healthier and I workout out as much as I can and I’m super athletic but I just can’t get eating right. I’m 13 so I don’t live by myself or grocery shop and I also don’t cook a lot. I’ve tried to get my mom to let me cook dinner and lunch and breakfast but she always goes ahead and makes dinner without me and it’s always stuff that’s healthy like meat, but I think in my head that I could make it better becuase I watch so many of Kylies videos and other similar channels. The only time I get to make my own food is when I’m home alone for school (cause corona I distance learn one week and then the next I’m in school and the rest of my family leaves) but I can’t make any long meals becuase it’s on my short 15 minute lunch break. Anyone have any tips? I have bagels a lot and smoothies also pasta but I need more options.

Quick funny story I literally made that same lunch in my dorm room in my toaster oven last night. It was my first time cooking and it took me like 2 hours to dice the sweet potatoes and peppers. Don’t ask why but I stuck with it because I rather eat clean than unhealthy 😂
