    I use cronometer for tracking b/c I find it really interesting to see how my macronutrient and micronutrient content end up at the end of the day, but I would honestly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to be restricted by macro targets to just track their protein -- most people really don't need to worry about their carbs/fat, but we rarely get enough protein to fuel our goals :-((

    For dry scooping, try starting with a little bit of water, adding the scoop, and then adding more water and mixing

    That’s my breakfast pretty much everyday and I count macros.... The macro numbers for breakfast popped right in my head as you made it.

    I’m not sure if this is right but I’ve heard from many heavy lifters that flat soled shoes are better... vans, converse, etc. not shoes for cardio. Hope this helps!

    Running everyday has been going good. Yes I’ve had to take rest days abs some for injury but going good. Need to work on my nutrition more and strength training

    what’s helped me with dry scooping is i will take a sip of water and swallow it and then put my tongue to the roof of my mouth and pour it in under my tongue and then get water !! it also helps bc you can touch the scoop to your teeth to get it all out

    Pre-workout, water, mix, swallow. Then chug some more water & swish to get it all down!! Then brush teeth/chew gum for 10-15 minutes to get the acid out of your mouth to prevent enamel decay!!! 😘 lol that’s what I do. (I have sensitive teeth)

    Hi Kylie, I’ve been working out after eating but not seeing any results, so I’m thinking of working out fasted but I’m scared of hurting my body and losing muscles or not actually losing fat. Just wanted if you always workout fasted, whether it is weight lifting or cardio? And how long are each of your workouts? I struggle on controlling number of workouts and timing of workouts.     I only like to fry scoop because I hate the sweetness taste in purée workout.
