So I got to go gym, you got any home techniques on this.
Use anything heavy on your back for the weighted push ups, and you can hold like heavy tins or heavy bags and tricep kickbacks considering usually you do them with a light weight. Make the bag even heavier and do the DB overhead extention. I think Dida called it a skullcrusher (which it isn't)
Or just get really strong at bench press and overhead press, no need for all the isolation especially since it is mostly novices watching this video.
You are right. You do not need that many exercises to build your triceps. I only do bench press and one isolation, and i can see a huge difference 😀
