Just got it in today just in time for my birthday which is tomorrow. The set up was pretty easy, its charging now will take it for a spin when its done.

Does this need to be charged fully before first use? Mine is plugged in but won't even turn on.
Is it possible to deactivate the kick start on this Voyager model ?
Do you have to enter the sequence for full power each time use the scooter or does it save the setting?
This setting will save once you unlock the speed cap and can be reversed with the same sequence.

Does the app work with the E500 model? Just received mine and it doesn’t seem to be connecting to the app.

that link is as useless as you guys support, it only took a few months to go from excitement to feeling disappointed and scammed, I am only writing this comment after trying to get support and get my scooter to start for over three hours, I feel I do more helping others not fall for this trap@@UnagiScooters

Do you have the Model One Voyager? They Model One Classic doesn't work with the app. If you're still having issues please contact support at help@unagiscooters.com

My scooter is permanently locked with no way to unlock it or remove it from my phone. Oh and you can’t even hard reset even when following instructions. A brick on wheels…

Do not purchase or rent an Unagi scooter.
They have zero people to help after you’ve purchased a scooter it’s all AI. You won’t speak with a single real person to troubleshoot with you.
The scooter was bought and used for 5 miles and it’s been shut down and we’re told to send it back to California which I have to pay for.
5 miles of scooter use and it’s all over. I’m obviously not getting my money back so I’ll continue to make everyone aware of how bad there after care is and hope anyone in the market for a scooter looks elsewhere.
Man I just got mine this afternoon. Put it together, powered it on to make sure. Then charged it. After charging it IT WONT POWER ON AT ALL

I received mine and two days later it won't charge at all. They are sending a replacement scooter. Free shipping label. And $140.00 credit.
Just ordered mine on Friday. A bit bummed I have to wait till “mid-June” to try out my new scooter, but I guess that’s the price I pay for a free month! While we are talking about the promotion, it would be nice if the “setup fee” of $50 (gasp) was waived too, so it was actually a free month, but I guess you can’t have everything. I really hope it lives up to its mileage claims. I only weigh 130 so I hope I can get to my destination and back on one charge with a slight top up before the return trip.
Question:
How long does it take to charge the voyager in order to receive an average of 10-15 miles.
With two hours of charge you’ll get 80% and 3 hours you’ll be fully charged , and ready to go!
